Terrible service on the phone with a lot of attitude, they don't understand anything you ask. They really should hire people with proper knowledge and human decency!

Terrible service over the phone. Called to make an appointment with a notary and they were not even able to provide availability for a month in advance. Said to call on the same day to find out if the notary would be there. Useless.

Beware of Sarah - If you are thinking of getting account services, please think again. The bad reviews are true, they don't have great communication, (they don't speak great English, which wasn't the problem) however, their communication skills to finding a solution is incredibly bad. 1) When you ask a question on certain things, they do not do communicate clearly or in a way that makes sense at all. 2) When I would schedule calls or following up information on my account with Sarah, she will CONSISTENTLY miss our appointments, leading me to follow up for 2nd or 3rd time. I get everyone is busy, however this has happened over 6 times, which is to say that the customer service here is not at all good. 3) During tax season of last year, when asking questions in a calm manner to Sarah, (obviously I am not the expert, she is) I think she took it as a negative, which prompted her to shout at me! What kind of accountant / manager has those qualities? When I addressed it to her, all she said in response was "okokoko, byebye" and transferred me to another staff who had no idea what was going on. Super unprofessional.I've read the reviews and thought she had some change of being great, but after the failed follow ups + yelling, I have to say she is the WORST manager / accountant I have worked with. Left a very bad impression and I hope she learns to not yell at her clients and instead, find a solution in a calm manner.Very disappointed. Take your business to other HR Block, I wish I can support this franchise but Sarah has made it impossible.

Terrible terrible place. The tax representative had no idea what she was doing, completely impersonal and Samantha didn't even care to explain anything at all about what she was doing. Miss Long Island completely. And they charged me three times
