“Great experience at this store. The assortment is extensive especially for a local store in Manhattan. The employees - every single one - asked me whether I could find everything ok. They are knowledgeable about the products and even offered to help me carry a heavy item to the cab. Only minis would be no wireless payment like Apple Pay. Keep it up on the human touch, care for customers and expertise.”

“Long overdue excellent and outstanding customer service review I've been to two Home Depots on a search for a new washing machine thinking that I was going to get someone who works in the washing machine Department with knowledge about the washing machines to only realize that these workers have no knowledge about not one washing machine that's being sold out of Home Depot which makes absolutely no sense at all because all of the workers look like they have been working in Home Depot for at least 15 to 20 years but to make a long review short wind up going to Home Depot in the Bronx on Gun Hill and found Miss Estrellita "Star" Cuautle this young lady humble kind and patient she deserves my time and five star review her customer service experience and knowledge about machines are excellent outstanding and amazing if you are looking for this kind of customer service experience visit the Gun Hill location in the Bronx and ask for Estrellita you will not be disappointed good luck on your search for your washing machine”

I do not like the scene in the parking lot. The people hanging out there are intimidating for elderly customers and women. Nothing verbal but their lurking around make me not want to go there. There were always day workers which is fine, but now there are loads of them. There are also many clean-out and rubbish removal trucks at the parking lot entrances.”

“I’ve been doing business with Joe for over 20 years. I recommend Air Lite to family & friends. I own 2 homes & have purchased about 20 radiator covers. This one is custom made & picked it up 2/10/24. My radiator went from picture on the left to picture on the right!! As always, I am thrilled with Air Lite’s radiator covers. Well made!! Joe also informs me on how to keep them looking good (use spray car wax). Excellent family-owned business in Queens with personal service on all their products.”

Nevertheless, I want to give a review for a sales associate who helped me tremendously for 2 days and over 6 hours. Corey- in flooring! Thank you, thank you, thank you. We got it right. My floors are absolutely gorgeus. I visited different flooring companies, researched online, but it was his patience. We calculated the square footage, figured out how many tiles were needed, how many boxes, we stayed with in my color scheme and my budget. He was extremely patient and kind and was never frustrated. Home Depot you have a winner. His customer service skills are exemplary.Thank you and I regret not submitting this review sooner. He was able to make my home, home and for that I am truly grateful!”
“This place has taken great care of me twice when I needed particular fixtures for the apartment my mother moved into in New York City. They have about a million of these all around the walls of their store, and apparently another million somewhere in the basement!My purchase was quite small (a few towel bars and hooks), but they were very attentive and took good care of what I was looking for and found exactly what I wanted and needed each time.The place is not glitzy, but their stock is very nice, they know what they're doing, and how to ask the right questions to find what you're looking for.It's an old-fashioned, high-quality kind of store, and they will take good care of you and find what you need.”

I left the review on another Home Depot that's at another location and my opinion is the same that all of these stores are pretty much all similar. What makes a difference is just how more organized it may be or the employees and their customer service aspect. Some are just friendlier than others. This one was fine. No complaints.”
“Contrary to many opinions here, I've sincerely never had a problem with this location. I am in the middle of a renovation and frequently come here with my general contractor. We're usually prepared with measurements, narrow down our shopping list by looking online at what's in stock, and don't hold up the clerk by asking many questions. The types of services that I use are: 1. installation services (allow yourself some time), 2. general store purchase, 3. store purchase with assistance getting heavy things down from shelves or other types of assistance, 4. home delivery and online purchases, 5. Pro Services (with my contractor). Go in, pick up what you need, pay, then leave. Just like any other store.”
