I was always good with helms bro until today, so I got a loaner when I was getting my car serviced and when I returned it they said the car was dirty , over painted , and plugged tire…they charged me a cleaning fee okay I made the car dirty fine I’ll take responsibility then they tried to say the car was painted and the tire was plugged and later they said ohh well take out the paint and just charge you for the tire and clean, be careful with these guys man they gonna try to pin something on you when you didn’t do it just to juice you bit ending up paying $700 for the tire in which they claim I plugged and cleaning fee…

My parents went to HelmsBro Service Center to repair remote keyless entry for their 2023 GLE 350 and received terrible service from the advisor. Due to the language barrier, they were assigned to a chinese speaking advisor named Jackie C Wong. This advisor is rude and unprofessional. He speaks with an attitude, and makes my parents feel like they don’t belong there. Mr. Wong told my parents that they are very busy and don’t know how long it would take to repair the car. Basically, he implied that they don’t have time to deal with this problem and that my parents should just leave. This type of behavior is unacceptable and discriminative. Management should look into this and reassess their service performance so this doesn’t happen again to other customers.Reply: This has nothing to do with the loaner EZ pass. The loaner staff is helpful, however, due to language barriers, they were not able to communicate much. We’re not disputing the charges, but very disappointed with Mr. Wong’s service.

These people are crooks! I used to think they did good business until today. I came inside for a simple battery replacement and was charged $250 for that service. That is ridiculous! I reached out to customer care and they were no help. I will never return here to do anything!Service: Battery

Terrible service I paid for diagnostics and they claim that my repairs will cost 5k to a vehicle that only has 50k miles 2017. I tried calling back to schedule to drop my car off and john hung up on me as I said give me a moment when I waited a while to speak to someone to drop my car off to have some of the items diagnosed fixed. My car still has some of those issues

Left the car, and received it back with a damaged AMG mat and two MB weather mats missing. Chris was zero help and completely disgusted at their inability to make this right, offer to fix or provide the missing mats.

Stay away!!!!!!!!!!Very unprofessional!Go to another dealership or even better go to private german car mechanic.I had mold/mildew smell coming from my a/c system( Mercedes-Benz had lawsuit against them on mold growing in the a/c system). I called the Mercedes-Benz headquarter and filed a complaint. They gave a confirmation number and told me to go Mercedes-Benz service location.I called the Helms Bros. Service and made an appointment to bring in the car. When this morning I went to drop off the car, service advisor name Chris ( Asian guy) told me there was no appointment made. When I try to give him the confirmation that Mercedes-Benz headquarter gave me, he said he don't know what that is in a rude way.I asked him to call the headquarter and find out, he words was " it is not my job to call them and waste time" what a unprofessionalism. He wanted to charge $250 for the diagnostic. Guess he wanted to make his boss happy and make money for himself as well ?.
