These vets gave taken great care of my 2 cats for 15 years and their staff has always been helpful, friendly, and professional. I trust them my pets’ health. The waiting area could use a little freshening up. I give them a 9.5 out of 10. I recommend them highly.

The doctors are ok. The male receptionist by the name of Frank is very unprofessional. I called the clinic to get a copy of my dog's vaccination certificate and he said I should have it and that he was busy trying to do 5 things at once and hung up on me. The doctors should reconsider who they hire to deal with customers. I called again and a very nice young lady answered the call and said she would send it to me as soon as possible. I might not go back there just because of the male receptionist named Frank.

Very good service for my little thing, they accept insurance and help you in the process, a little difficult to get on Saturday but you can get it by calling early, very friendly and attentive

I brought my critically ill cat.The doctor was very informative and compassionate when I had to make the difficult decision. And the staff were very compassionate and supportive.Rates are very reasonable.Afterwards the staff send a condolence card.

Had a 230 appt,waited over an hour while 3 people walked in after me ,I ended up walking out ! Completely unprofessional, I've been going there over 20plus years and will NEVER go back again

The doctor and the staff here are so kind. My cat was sick and they were able to squeeze us in but unfortunately the condition of my cat was worse than expected. He had to be put to sleep on the same day, and the doctor was so compassionate, I was able to say goodbye.. took the time I needed and no rush whatsoever. Thank you ❤️

Everyone is helpful and friendly… even the pet owners in the waiting room. My 10 y.o dog has been going through a lot. She is flaky and smells horrible bc of her ear infection and skin condition- but the young man who weighed her, assisted with no complaints or faces - he held her tight and tried to keep her calm for the veterinarian to do the job. Can’t wait for her to feel better.Took 1 star off bc the wait is really long, even if you have an appointment

While this place has good customer service and capable workers, they overcharge you for services. They just charged me $125 for clip and cleaning my 9lb pups 1 paw. on top of the $65 for the visit. I could have done that at home in 3 minutes for free. Be careful here.

After a not great experience with another vet in the area, Heights Animal Hospital squeezed our very sick cat in on a Saturday with almost no wait. Despite the bad situation, the vet was patient, kind, and realistic with us and didn’t try to upsell us on services we didn’t really need. This morning, when our cat was dying, they saw us right away without an appointment and helped us to make a compassionate and informed choice. The office exam fees were less than the other hospital and they didn’t charge us for some little things like fluids which was very kind of them. Couldn’t recommend them more.
