This is the first person who told me there are plastic sleeves that can go over the bulb to prevent shattering. Wish someone had told me this sooner!”

The women, not sure if she's the owner went out of her way to find me the exact door bell transformer to match my old one and it worked perfectly! She checked her inventory on the computer, said they were back ordered but she may have one and looked in numerous places until she found it! Yes it would be nice to be greeted with a smile, but I rather get exactly what I came in for from someone who tried very hard to find what I needed.”
