I tried to return an online order at the store and was told that I could not return orders at stores with more than six items despite this information not being listed on the GNC website. GNC has been very unhelpful and returning this online order has been very unnecessarily tedious

I really hate giving bad reviews but I had a terrible experience here. I was next in line with the two employees checking two customers out and I was in a hurry to just pick up a protein bar and catch the subway. After the slowest checkout time ever, one of the employees was free and saw me on the line and proceeded to instead ask everyone in the store if they needed help. Keep in mind that this was already sevenish minutes into me standing there just waiting to pay. She proceeds to show a group every supplement in the store and finally walks back to the register. While I thought she was about to check me out which would have taken five seconds, I realize she was only there to check the price of a supplement for the group. I was getting frustrated, especially as the other employee was still explaining a deal to a customer. The group leaves, and I assume that the woman employee would finally help me, but instead, she walks right past me, and finds a woman to ask if she needs help. I left without buying my ONE ITEM, after TWENTY MINUTES of waiting. Never buying from this store again, so unprofessional.

Their emails basically no one takes care of it, you can't reset password or unsubscribe it, which means if you want to accumulate you point when you buy their products online once a year, you couldn't accumulate your points. Make sure you know this: if you purchase online, there is No way you can return it, unlike what they told you on their policy. Swear not to buy from them anymore, the product i bought is for my relatives, and when I tried it, it is not as good as I got from somewhere else, nothing is special. No more to waste my time over my money and time with them. Also, don't know how long their store products been on the shelves. Even they aren't expiring, but the box was turning yellow and look old. another thing the pill is dissolve into powder right away after water?

Brought these two days ago, finished the first pack didn't notice the exp date till the second pack. Not sure how can they sell something that exp two month ago, and they are not willing to do a full refund be cause I didn't keep all the bottles. Shame on GNC

Hello GNC! I am a former Customer here. Unfortunately, all the reviews on the manager, Monica, are true. She enjoys talking a lot but she never likes to listen and always interrupts customers/employees when they try to speak to her. Most of the employees are low IQ & do not understand that ‘No’ means No. Workers wish to force sell you products that you don’t need.

We Did Not Have A Wonderful Experience At This GNC Yesterday Afternoon. A Sales Associate Got Too Nosy Into My Husband's Personal/Medical/Health Business And Upsetted The Both Of Us By Saying Words That Were Completely Unnecessary. It's Okay To Be Concerned But This Sales Associate Is Obviously Not And Medical Doctor. Therefore, He Should Think Before He Speaks. There Are Other Amazing GNC's Around. Please Do Not Go To This One As You Will Not Receive The Service That You Need. We Honestly Give This GNC No Stars. But, In Order To Post This Post I Had To Click On A Star.

From a employee perspective, I worked at this GNC for a month.. and the Manager Monica is two-face. She will make all her employees push GNC's PRO reward and ADA (delivery option) to ALL CUSTOMERS. Please be advise that this store prices are priced higher than other stores and even online. THEY WILL push all types of unnecessary products on you just to build their "basket" and make the store money. shop somewhere else or shop online. avoid this GNC at all cost. Also, the managers and her assistant managers know nothing about the products, they just sell sell and sell. thats all.

The new employee whose name is Sibyl is extremely rude. When we ask for info about some products. She’s showing her rolling eyes and always says “ damn” . When we finished the process of making membership card she even said “ damn. Finally I finished “ I feel so uncomfortable with that word “ damn” . It is not are correct way to show their respect to the customers .
