I recently told a friend that I am sick of getting my prescriptions from Duane Reade and CVS--the experience with these pharmacies is very impersonal, and I was looking for a place where people would remember me. She suggested I try this place, saying she has been going here for a couple years, and the staff is always very knowledgeable and quickly attentive. I'm pleased to say that after picking up three rounds of prescriptions here, I already feel like I have a good rapport with the staff. Also, the owner seems to be there regularly to make sure everything is going smoothly, which I really appreciate it. He has the pharmacy well staffed, too, so unlike some Duane Reades and CVSs, where you have to wait 45 mins for a prescription, here it seems to take about 10 mins for a prescription, which is obviously great. Anyway, overall, I'm very pleased that my friend referred me here, and I'm going to keep using this pharmacy.
