So, this was not the first time I went to the store, but I haven't been to that store in a very long time, I feel like. So, he went into great detail in how much it would cost to repair my phone, how long it would take, what he can do specifically. And I went with the first option, got the screen that he had there, and he probably repaired it in about 35 minutes. And it was very smooth, he told me exactly what I should do to not damage it for the first day, to just let it, let the adhesive get strong. And from there, I've been good ever since. Definitely would come back and recommend to go there for the best price probably in all of Queens, to repair your screen or whatever.

So i waited like 5 days to write this to leave a honest review on the new iphone screen i got replaced. the first few days my phone didnt charge, i had to turn off the phone and power it back up. and overall the screen looked brand new, plus a glass screen protector. and all of this to get my fixed screen took less than 5 min, i was shocked on how fast he replaced the screen. all of this costing 90 dollars.

I had a disappointing experience with the service provided by a male worker who calls himself Gordon. He did not complete the repair of my mobile phone in an acceptable and professional manner. My mobile phone was infected with water and i dropped it off at 3C Easy store in Flushing close to the Macy's sto to have it dried up. Gordon was the one who took my mobile phone. I had the case with the phone when I gave it to him. He called me the next day to pick it up. When I picked it up, the phone seemed alright and i took it home and the following day, i took it to the office. As i tried to charge it on the wall outlet, the phone fell apart because the glue that Gordon used to stick the the front and back plates together weren't dry. I brought it back to the store and a lady tried to glue it back and she put rubber bands around the phone to keep the two metal plates in place. Gordon appears to be elsewhere and hence the lady was the one repairing the phone. I told her about the case and the fact that Gordon did an unprofessional job. I paid 70 $for thisrepair and Gordon didn't make sure the phone was assembled in a thorough manner before he called me to pick it up. The lady did not even apologize for Gordon's shoddy work. She finally locate my phone case after i insist that the phone came along with a case. A simple apology would have come a long way to a potential long term customer.

I forgot my mobile phone password, and their male employee wearing glasses helped me flash my phone, but after flashing my phone, I couldn't make calls. When I contacted them, not only did the boy not have the ability to solve the problem, but he said he didn't care about them, and I felt calm. I tried to reason with them, but the boy wearing glasses scolded my family, which was very unpleasant. I don’t know if you will talk to him. I bought my mobile phone and earphones here before. If there is a problem, It's quite despicable to do this.

I went here to have my iPad screen replaced and they replaced my iPad battery with an old battery. Right now, my iPad has less than an hour of battery life. I bought my iPad less than half a year ago.
