I visited the establishment a few weeks ago upon discovering a nail in one of my tires. Zack was the individual I sought assistance from. The technicians who repaired my tire conducted themselves in a professional manner and performed admirably. The pricing was also reasonable. I intend to return should I require further tire maintenance.

Terrible job. The air leaked on my tire the next day. I went to mavis' discount tire to repair a leaky valve. I came back to the store with the receipt and they said no money back or reimbursement.

I remind everyone to avoid the pitfalls of the black-hearted store. Originally, there was only one nail in the car tire. I went to repair the tire and asked for a mushroom nail inside. An amigo insisted on asking me to patch the place I had patched before. I didn’t agree and he wouldn’t patch it in the end. It’s a joke to charge me 15 to repair the tire while someone else charges 20 to repair the tire. How can this kind of shop be opened to avoid pitfalls?

The efficiency is impressive, pricing is $15 per tire which I think it is the best deal in NY. I was even more impressed how the staff managed to put up a smile when a customer who even tried to haggle the price. Time is money. Worth every $

I came here to about a month ago for a flat tire they changed it, and the tire pressure light was still on before I left the place I asked the guy if the light isn’t supposed to turn off and he said just to run it a few miles and it will turn off which it never did. 2 weeks later I’m back with the same flat tire and they supposedly change it and also the guy that fix it the second time told me the light never went off because it didn’t have the tire sensor and I told him that I never had a problem until I came here and he told me maybe the person that change it broke it and didn’t said anything. 4 days later SAME tire is flat again and I came to a different mechanic and he showed the tire and it had a hole almost everywhere in the tire.

I replaced two new front tires here. When installed, they look old and not like new. The model is the same, but it looks much different from the old one. After driving for a month, I feel very uncomfortable. The tire noise is very loud. When driving, I always feel that the road is uneven. No matter what, they can still have some minor problems. If you want temporary help, this can help you. Don't think it's cheap and high quality.

BEWARE! AVOID! Keeps changing prices!
Just went to this place to get a tire replaced due to damage. There's a skinny teen/young man that takes payment. First he said it's $125,
Then when service was finished(15 minutes) he said $130. Then when he walked me to the office to pay with card, he calculates the tax and now it's $185!!! I say I'll pay with cash to not pay the tax then he says the price is $135!
When I confronted him on this, he averts eye contact and says he's been saying $135 the whole time. He even started to walk away from me and out of the office. Finally I paid $120 cash then $10 on card.... I usually go to a tire shop I trust but decided to go to this place due to proximity and got burned bad... Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. BEWARE! There are other reviews with the same story... I just hope my tire doesnt fall off!
