I have used Flowers by Peter multiple times and they are fantastic! They’re excellent at communicating if they don’t have something and their delivery is prompt and on time. I much rather use a local company than a 1-800 company. Shopping at the local businesses is much better. Much better customer service and value for the dollar, as opposed to a customer service representative in the Philippines with the large factory companies.
Thank you guys so much for what you do and I will continue to use you. I am a loyal and dedicated customer!

Bad very bad rude overpriced will never use them again I am in Florida my Ny Family had warned me but I did not believe it they were truly truly right do not recommend ?

I will naver buy flowers from this place .
When you pay cash they won't charges tax but, if you pay with card they charged TAX! And flower prices are so expensive! I just dont understand people even shop at this shop!! Also people's are so RUDE its like just pay and get out attitude!!

Never got notification that flowers were ready, then they were marked as picked up but I never got them.Edit after owner response: Unsure what you mean by “notified my through the website” but your confirmation email states “You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pick up” at no point did that happen. The only phone call I received was the one today that I answered today shortly before coming in. Perhaps you were dialing the wrong number. I don’t believe 1 star is unwarranted considering it was an order based on a holiday and you failed state that the order was ready for pickup until after the holiday ended, but I understand that this could have been a one off situation.

Ordered 2 arrangements and a dozen white roses for my Aunts wake!! They were absolutely beautiful. It was such a pleasure dealing with them! Highly recommend!!
