I've been a loyal customer for decades and find that Macys has become non trustworthy company. The employees are rude at the flushing Macys and I have even been harassed there when I tried to return a purchase. They over charge my interest rate on my Macys credit card by double and recently have given me very hard time in receiving a refund for a purchase I returned. Called 5 times, each time promising a refund which I have yet to receive. Canceling my card right after I get my refund. Not going to deal with them anymore. You lost a "valued" customer. 0 stars.

stopped in but I didn't find anything...... :( It's not same at 34st location. I was also waiting for someone so I had pretty of time but I got bored right away........... I hope they put more brand name in.

Second floor fittings rooms are disgusting. Mountains of clothes hanging and on the floor inside cubicles, while customers try their clothes stepping on them. I left my merchandise and went to Harold square. I'll never go back to this flushing store.

first i go there and this loner otaku looking asian worker responds to me "i dont know chinese" when i asked him "where do i find hats?" he is asian so i was a little taken a back and thought that he must have not heard me because of my mask. i say "i said where are the hats" to which he responds again "i dont know chinese." i have never seen a self-loathing. awkward asian like this one in my life before. if this wasn't yelp id go on to say other things about this low life. and then after that, this other worker pushes me to apply for a star card, i ask her over five times if it is a credit card to which she assures me it is not. i leave and see my credit has been checked and even though i plan to cancel the card i have already gone through an inquiry on my credit which i cant take back. so great, a racist and a lying employee all in one trip. never shopping at macys again.

I called this store to find out about a particular suit....the person who answered the phone in that department kept putting me on hold and didn't understand the words "I need help finding a men's suit. I have the Macy's item number and wanted to know if a 40S is in stock". I am surprised that people in customer service answer the phone by saying "What do you want". I imagine that the store itself must be quite a toilet (Macy's in Flushing). No thanks...never again.

Good macy's but customer assistance in the shoe section is terrible but if you all looking for clothes they got it but for shoes size 8 and under forget about it all the small sizes are gone , dont even bother asking for a pair of shoes or size you have to wait a line and ask the register , nobody wants to work there , fire all of them replace them

I'll be generous with my review. I normally don't engage large departments stores for shopping adventures because the scale, crowds, and lack of cashiers all make my shopping experiences extremely uncomfortable. I don't have time for lousy retail service.Anyone can find things here, and the selection is decent. But i rarely find something that i like where the prices are reasonable. If one comes in during a sale, forget it because its a mad zoo house up in here. Its a zoo on a regular day, so one can only imagine. I would still suggest this place because they do carry a wide variety and selection of name brand items. I find stuff on occasion and the physical retail stores really need consumer support. Check this place and fingers crossed one finds a bargain. I am sending myself and you positive vibes.

I love this Macy's. It has a cozy and nice environment, a variety of high-quality goods with great deals. I like branded items at affortable cost, shopping items at deals which make me happy. I have been shopping at this Macy's for the day1 I came to the U.S. Just comprare to Marshall or other stores, I find out Macy's even has same or better deal, meanwhile offers much better enviroment.

I stopped in the beauty department MAC. I have to say Xio in MAC was extremely helpful and very sweet. Because of her excellence service I went back to purchase more than what I really needed. Sabina was helpful too! It was really pleasant shopping there. Thank you so much again. I will definitely be back in no time
