The only salesman in the store, Mark, is know for his sales tactics. I see that now after reading the reviews. I was told it is by appointment only, which is not the case. He just doesn't want anyone else in the store to hear the lies he is saying. I purchased two items from him, and Mark said to give call him two days before I can take delivery. A few days after, I texted Mark and told him im reconsidered one of the item. I told him I would let him know for sure in a few days. The next week, I texted Mark informing him that I no longer want one of the items. Then he tells me of the 30% restocking fee and cancellation fee because he already has it in his warehouse. This was never mention to me before but he claims he always tell his clients this before writing up a receipt. Why is are the items already in your warehouse if you need two days for delivery? Sales tactics!!! I asked him if he had another customer who had already purchased the item I was attempting to cancel from the receipt to move it sideways and he says "not in that color." Then how come it's your number one selling item??? On delivery I was given a delivery window and was told I'd get a call before delivery. Well Mark called at the time they were supposed to deliver to tell me the movers will be at my place in and hour, "they had to pick it up from the warehouse" he says Apparently, he is a wholesaler that sells to Ashley's and a few other retailers name he dropped. He also sells to the public at a significant discount and has been going out of business for years now.

Y si cancelan la compra el quiere tomar el 35 %de la compra total .. su mayor truco es decir que el es mayorista que tiene varias tiendas que el mismo le vende a otras tiendas pequeñas, es mentira al momento de darte precios finge que sin muy altos y te dice que te reduce precio final a la mitad y uno se anima a comprar pues da un gran descuento pero cuando uno quiere devolver algo nunca contesta NO COMPREN AHI

If I can leave a 0 I will told me everything must go on fb when I get there he didn't have the set I initially messaged him about on fb. Sold me a different set which he claimed that is great quality better then ikea and bobs (that they buy from him) so I bought a whole set and he told me that I will get a new mattress with a 5 year warranty on everything. The guy that came to deliver came by himself took him like 5 hours to do it all left a mess and this guy mark from the store told me give him like 30-40$ this guy tells me it's 60$ for everything I didn't want to a argue with the guy he did do it all by himself , so paying an extra 20$ wasn't bad, the mirror that came with dresser had a scratch in the middle mark tells me to get goo gone it's just glue it will come off that was a lie plus the mattress I got wasn't new it was a used mattress he claimed he doesn't sell used mattress but I know how a new one and used one feels promised me to exchange says he called company and tomorrow will get the exchange it's been 3 week already from the tomorrow I got from him Now I have mark bites and pimples all over my arms legs and back I have to check the mattress for bedbugs now so over it NEVER AGAIN I'm stupid to save 600$ I went to him should've just spend the 2200 for a good set

Terrible quality cardboard like Took 3 months to deliver furniture Mark is unprofessional and rude His workers and deliver workers are just as bad as him Delivered everything took out of the box Wanted 150 more to assemble bed Then left the garbage and all cardboards in apartment and said taking the cardboard is not part of their job. Won't answer ur call if they owe u something but if u say ur interested in something he will answer right away. Right now this furniture store is called home design furniture but it will most likely change

SCUM SCAMMERS! PLEASE BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They hire people to post on FB marketplace and say if we talk to MARK we will get a larger discount at the store. MARK IS THE ONLY ONE WORKING (MOST LIKELY OWNER) 11/04/20 We go to "Home Design Furniture" aka "First Class Furniture" (yelp) aka "FC Furniture & Mattress" (google). Mark tells us he is a wholesaler, has many warehouses and because of COVID he is downsizing and getting rid of 1 warehouse. ** He told us everything is returnable if we are unsatisfied for any reason. if anything breaks he would send us a brand new one at NO COST. We bought a Bed frame, Mattress, wardrobe, and Chess drawer. We Spent 1650 + tax = ~ $1800 TOTAL. Quality - TERRIBLE - he promised all his furniture was real high quality wood and everything was custom made. -- LIES everything is equivalent to IKEA furniture with TERRIBLE instructions 11/05/20 -- Delivery Everything was delivered and they forgot the dresser/chess. We still had to pay everything upfront without the product. Wardrobe box was also damaged/already open. Wardrobe box was also damaged/already open. We start building the wardrobe, with the worst instructions. The boards are basically plywood and shedding as we're building it. As we are about to put the doors on the door, we notice THE DOORS ARE CROOKED AND UPSIDE DOWN??? HOLES FOR THE HANDLES WERE AT THE VERY TOP OF THE WARDROBE. We call MARK, he keeps saying NO YOU BUILT IT WRONG. he tells us his delivery driver will look at it when he drops off the chess. 11/06/20 Delivery driver comes, looks at it, AGREES it is a defected wardrobe. Mark says that we have the last one and he has to call the company to see when we can get another one. He tells us he will call us tomorrow. CHESS/DRAWER came prebuilt. Handles are pictured. TERRIBLE. 11/13/20 - TODAY It's been over a week with dealing with this nightmare. We've called him multiple times saying we were willing to exchange it for another wardrobe or we will even just get our money back and buy something else. He delays answering us, keeps giving us excuses and the last phone call we had with him (2 days ago) he says he cannot refund us, his company will not let us but give him a day to figure something out. It's been 2 days no answer Now he will not answer your calls or texts. Google says his store is "temporarily closed" ???
