i bought slippers from this store and it broke after a few hours and when I tried to return the slippers they only gave me half of the money I needed in refund and would not recommend to anyone and called me in three times since they wanted me to talk to the manger but she was never there and the service was terrible

I bought 10/11 pairs in this summer. But unfortunately one pair damaged. The another shop 82nd.than they send me junction but manager disagree to change bcz I buy from 82nd shop.than I went 82.the one woman who might be charge of shop n register. She was so rude.but the other woman man r so good.well manners. Than the woman told me come tomorrow and talk manager if she change or not.5 time I go there.n two time junction. But some of are so good.really good.they always good.but unfortunately one woman n manager not so friendly.

Very racist. Some employees are great but some will tell you put stuff back even if your looking at it. The shoes are not High end but the prices are reasonable. If you take your time you may find something good. Customer service need a little bit of training and how to approach to the customers, I get it they just trying to help but the way the do it is kind of aggressive. Is like Im here Im watching you don't steal anything. This store has a lot of potential. Is one of the few stores left where you can go and try on the shoes.
