We have had an account with this bank for ten years. Although their system management is stricter compared to other banks, they handle things very carefully. Fortunately, every time I go there, I encounter good bank staff. Last week, I had some issues while getting a cashier’s check, but thankfully Judy helped resolve them.

If you don't want to be asked to do something, just tell the truth, and you'll say no in a nonchalant manner, pretending to have done it, but have you moved your buttocks? Have you seen a piece of company information? Company name asked for a letter? Have you seen the website? It seems unusual to be responsible for the company's business at this level. From the beginning to the end, I didn't even straighten my back while sitting on the chair.

The support provided by this branch is incredibly helpful. I've had my questions answered promptly every time. The process of applying for a credit card with this bank was straightforward, and I received a competitive interest rate. I couldn't be happier!

They closed my accounts long time ago without any good reason ! But I probably know because I don't have a lot of money in my account ! They only want to serve the rich ! Had one of the teller with glasses attitude and service so rude.So if you don’t have a good money, don’t go !

I want to leave a message in Chinese because I want more Chinese people to see it. There is a big problem with the attitude and service of the staff at this branch. They don't provide services or provide consultation, and they push customers away. In that case, who would go to your bank to do business?

The only person who is helpful is the guy banker who work there. Some girls are helpful and some are not depending who. They give out different information depends who you talk to. One girl sitting in the corner yelled at her elderly customer in front of her and asked if he can't hear like wtf. Every-time going there, she's just so obnoxious and dramatic when helping her customers and while answering phones. I think the whole branch can hear her voice. Another girl was adding contact information of her customer. Never a time looking up to acknowledge a person in front of her waiting patiently. And allowing another guy came and went directly to her cutting me who was waiting in line. I got send there to update the direct payment for my mom bc the girl she spoke with on the phone asked her to have me go there so she can help. After I got there, I got send out with a sheet of paper and sorry I can't help you bc you don't have a check from the other bank. when I tried to explain my mom was here since December... no one informed her that she needs a check from the other bank to update her direct payment. And now she's not in the neighborhood to get her check, someone else is telling me nothing they can do to help. It's all about communication. I know they can be busy. But plz tell us what we need to do back in December so I don't waste my time running around trying to get direct payment set up. My time is valuable too. I spend my whole day off waiting in line at the new bank trying to get information on direct payment that only East West Bank can do. After couple phone calls with east West Bank while waiting in line at the other bank, I was asked to go back to east West Bank. I was frustrated and yes I don't want to. But I feel I was going to explode at the bank bc I got no time for this....

Don’t use this bank, their don’t have customers service at all. They don’t return customer’s call. I called the main number the representative didn’t pay attention over the phone, have my account locked. No manager ever get back to me after several attempts. Worst banking experience ever. Good luck if you banking with East West Bank!!
