“This place has really cheap items and cute clothes that are extremely affordable. It reminds me of the Ross dress for less back in Texas. I would give it five stars, except the men are always staring at you when you shop, could be loss prevention, either way it is really uncomfortable and they do not have dressing rooms. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for cute clothes, without having to pay New York prices.”

107-25 71st Ave, Flushing“A great discount store for disposable items. Not the best quality but does the job for the price. Occasionally find gems. This Forest Hills store needs repairs. Cracked glass on entry door for many months.”
“After going to the One Dollar Shop, our heart doesn't want to leave, even after buying so much, our heart wants to see and enjoy everything there. We love the One Dollar Shop so much, I love it so much. To my children, my children say, "Mommy, do your job here."There are good things for lessThe heart does not fill, after going to one dollar, the heart wants to go every day and night Thank you so much one dollar”
“Love this market! I come here for cold sandwhiches and anything I may need that I don't want to walk all the way too Stop&Shop supermarket for. They have a variety of items from shampoo to frozen pancakes. Very friendly cashiers and deli men. They are closed on Sundays though.”
“Inexpensive. The shop is in a basement. The staff is friendly and helpful. Small items. It's not a huge place, but it carries lots varieties, kitchen stuff, stationary, cleaning agents, toys, hardware, bed ware, party decorations, crafts, knitting tools, candle, etc.”
“Have been to numerous Family Dollar locations in Binghamton, and Northeast Pennsylvania. The stock and prices really are identical. Noticeably, and more importantly, better stock, prices, selection than from pharmacy chains right here in Queens. They offer paper grocery bags, and the cashiers are helpful. Shouldn't be too many complaints. Remember: You're not shopping at Bergdorf's or Bloomingdale's ;] !”

85-16 Grand Ave, Flushing“one of the better 99 cents store in the area. I have brought masking tape, towels, nail polish, light bulbs, artificial flowers, etc. have a little of everything.”
“Conveniently located right across the street from the Queens Public Library. The store is packed to the brim with things that they sell and pathways are narrow to walk through. Be careful not to accidentally knock things down with your bag when you try dodging people's elbows hitting you on the side or trying to squeeze right through the aisle because they can't hear you saying excuse me for the thousandth time. Despite the store name being 99¢ and Less, nothing is actually 99 Cents and below as the price. If you ever need to pop in & get some last-minute stationary like pens, a plastic folder, or even a pad of paper....you know 99 Cents or Less got you covered. Quality wise also depends on the products you're getting. If you expect to find a really good pair of sturdy earrings or a beautiful designed birthday/holiday card from 99¢, ehh then this is probably not the best place you will find these things at. However, there's always an exception and that exception happens to be when I have strolled by the place after getting off the Q25 bus today. There's a basket filled with an assorted selection and all different colors of beanies right in front of the store. When you step inside, there's another basket of winter hats inside too. I have to really dig through a bit in the baskets in order to see what's good underneath especially that's how you sometimes find the goodies (wink wink). And what do you know? I did end up finding a thick beanie made out of polyester from each basket. It wraps my head all the way around and able to cover up my ears completely. Plus, the pink-gray-white color scheme looks stylish and not tacky plus easy to match with outfits. The fluffy faux fur pom pom at the top makes it more trendy, creating a cute and eye-catching detail to your winter essential item. Woohoo! Being able to find a thick, warm beanie nowadays is very important...making sure you won't catch a cold from the wind slapping in your face or the feeling of wind blowing from the back of your head. Of course I end up buying both beanies, wouldn't you? Lining up to pay doesn't take that long like maybe 5 minutes the max. I think it's cash only but please correct me if I happen to be wrong. The beanies are $5 each. Don't expect the staff to greet you with a smile, cuz you didn't go there for the service....you know you're there for the goods lol!”
“This little mall, if you can call it that, is similar to the New World Mall next door. It is small, just one floor, but there is a very good tailor as well as shoe repair guy in the back. Tina's Tailors Inc. is stall B7. This location is a bunch of tiny stalls with vendors selling things from wigs, clothing, children's clothing, jewelry and accessories, as well as you can take your things to get repaired, hemmed or altered.”
