I’ve shopped at Harry’s store for more than 5 years. They have been courteous and thoughtful every time, and have even agreed to stock our favorite ciders and whiskey. They have a great selection. The store is always very clean. These are hard working people who have been an asset for our community.

I had such a hard time finding a bottle of Weller for a gift. I finally came across this liquor store, and the two men that were working behind the register were so nice and kind, gave me their business card to ensure that I go there next time I need some Weller. I let him know that I lived pretty far, but he let me know that they also do deliveries. Thank you so much Beverly Hills liquor and wine for making the perfect Father's Day gift. come true!

Today, 4/27/2023, I had another great experience with Beverly Hills Liquor & Wine. Ben, whom I believe is a proprietor, was over-the-top accommodating and helpful to me in my quest to gift a relative, who lives in Los Angeles, with a case of liquor I wanted delivered for a birthday present.Ben offered to decorate the box appropriately for a birthday gift and scheduled a delivery on the exact date I wanted it sent. The entire process was quick and effortless on my part.I offer kudos to Beverly Hills Liquor & Wine (and Ben) for not only the wide variety of spirits they carry, but also for their stellar customer service and genuine desire to exceed the ordinary when fulfilling their clientele's wishes..

I looked EVERYWHERE for Chartreuse for MONTHS and couldn't find it. 2 days after I ordered it from these people I had it. It cost a little more but completely worth it. Looking forward to ordering again from a stellar selection.

So many good things to say about this amazing quality shop and the wonderful service they offer. My company can always rely on them for last minute requests and the most friendly customer service.Their team is extremely knowledgeable and carries a really great assortment of different liquors, wine and treats to go with them. If you're looking for a consistent wine and liquor shop with a lovely team of pros then you have found it!

This company is horrible. I placed an order online weeks ago. In fact they charged me for the entire order but they never even shipped. I've contacted them multiple times just to get it will be shipped in 2 days. Well, that 2 days have been almost a month. Now I'm left to file a fraud charge with my credit card company for taking my money but never shipping. Don't trust this place they are a scam. ******UPDATE ******I'm not confused. This is the company. They took my money never shipped items. Then conveniently after I posted this I got a response. They refunded me because I told them I'm filing a fraud claim with my credit card company. I will stand behind what I said. Don't trust this place. They take your money never ship and then get ignorant with the customer because they don't have products in stock. Terrible service

Their website says free delivery for 34.99 purchase but when you go to do that they say no $60. Their customer service Bis terrible , they barely delivered the bottle I ordered to my brother in law and then when we checked they hung up on us twice! Terrible. If o could not give them a star I would!... oh an for the owner who responded to me.. my wife was hung up on twice , there was no card stating who it was from , no gift wrapping, minimum wage where we live is $15 and see the picture from your website ... free delivery for order of $34.99 or more and within 3 miles... my delivery was 1 and 1/10th miles away... keep up that good customer service dude and think before you fire back at the public...

I was assisted by Ben over the phone for the purchase of two new release bottles of scotch I had been looking forward to for a while. Ben was pleasant, professional, and was able to set up a delivery for me since its a little difficult for me to get the store in a timely manner for a pick up. At the time of the order the website wasn't working so he took my order over the phone and immediately texted me a picture of my receipt to show that the transaction was on the up and up and that the invoice was closed. I will definitely be shopping with BH Liquor and Wine again.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I ordered a liquor bottle on their website for a price of 179.00. It physically said it was available for pickup. I called to confirm my order after the payment went through. Than they all of s sudden told me it was sold out which was a lie and they didn't have any available and questioned why the price was listed that price online. Than told me it was actually a price of 349.00? After they told me they didn't have anymore but now they have one for 349.00???? Super shady don't go here. They just make up stuff to get more money.
