When I opened my salon 6 a go I order all my chairs the carts and the shampoo bowls and my front desk everything was beautiful but it doesn’t last I had a problems with the shampoo bowls in 3 years 2 of the the massage broke and I order and extra piece didn’t work and no one help me I spend more than $7000 and they just said they Can fix it and now I’m struggling with that because it cost me 900 each one I got 2 and the third one I ordered with not massage because of that,Im not a person who likes to give a bad reviews but I was upset because of the situation.

The first desk that we received from the Birmingham warehouse was absolutely awful... You can tell nobody had checked the desk before it was sent to us- the pins on the plug for the desk were snapped off (due to being poorly packaged), when we attempted to put it together none of the pieces lined up...it was never going together! The marble top was all scratched and the rest of the desk pieces were warped. Luckily customer services were quick on the case and got a new desk sorted soon after. As for the new desk, it is in much better condition and was built fine. There were a couple of issues with the desk that we were able to sort out with a carpenter friend- the led light covering was out of place so we had to rebend some wood staples to get it back to how it should be, and again the marble top was scratched but I can tolerate that as long as I have a desk to work on... the extractor fan isn't great, its not very powerful but again better than nothing. Is it worth £550... no but it'll do now I have it.

Bottom line this is THE worst service ever! They messed up my delivery 2 times! I paid $400 for delivery (Again, want to emphasize $400). I set up a delivery date, time, cleared my schedule & delivery was not done (whole day wasted). On the second attempt, while delivery time was set up again, delivery people called up 6 hours ahead of scheduled time & said it will be delivered within 1hour! Absolutely irresponsible and incosiderate to client's time. Do they expect people to be home all day?! Do I have to cancel appointments with clients & ask for reimbursement from this company?!Absolutell disregard and incompetence from this company!Extemely dissapointed in their service & WILL NOT SUGGEST anyone doing business with them!

Just called this place inquiring into purchasing pedicure chairs and manicure stations. The person I spoke to sounded like she was ready for bed and not too enthusiastic about talking to a customer. Definitely lost a potentially lucrative sale. Probably would have been a $30,000.00 sale. Hire someone better to help customers on phone

Once again I come here to complain about this company of the DIR FURNITURE group, you who are the owner of a beauty salon avoid buying any furniture, because it is a company that does not deliver on time and still taunts you all the time about delivery, and if you cancel Due to months of waiting and headache, they won't refund your money. It's already been going for two years waiting for my refund. Avoid this company! From the Dir furniture group, because on 06/28/2021, I made a purchase of a washbasin and chairs, and the delivery was not made, I spent almost 1,800 £ and they didn't return my money or deliver the chairs, and it's been more than one year and neither chair nor money, they are terrible people to answer the phone and hang up in your face all the time, without you answering.please you who don't want a big problem and headache or even lose your money, and a terrible company group.in Berminham and where I've had problems, if you don't want a headache with your money, avoid buying something and getting frustrated. avoid this company, have you ever thought about making a purchase plan for your business and not delivering the furniture or returning your money! and still doesn't have good service.

I have purchased the Revival 2 LED Desk on 3 separate occasions. I can tell that over time the models had been downgraded to a cheaper construction while the cost to own has went up (currently 1600$). The latest model is absolute garbage with cheap handles, striped bolts on the hardware, hollow doors, and cheap backing. It’s advertised as sophisticated and elegant but I can assure you it is not. Our unit also had visible damage from transportation. As I took off the upper shelf, I unfortunately found particle board painted over with high gloss. We talked to the owner for a replacement and were shocked to receive a counter offer for a new unit at discount. If an owner cannot do right by a customer without asking for more money, I figured I might as well let others know about my experience and take my business elsewhere. I hope this helps for those with doubts.

I have to say customer service on call is great, I spoke with Angela and she was patient and so nice and helped me out.I was told delivery had to be scheduled and was given a window 1-5pm.I blocked work off 12:30 on for the day and waited at home. No call, no email, no update. I called at 4:45, they said probably between 5:30 & 6pm. Then I wanted util 7pm and called again. They said it’s still in transit and it looked like it was still being delivered today.I understand things can run behind but with a large delivery window given and $250 for shipping fee…waiting 1-7:30 (Maybe longer and I can’t cancel my clients tomorrow) I feel like delivery should be in said window :)

One star because we didn’t have the option to rate a zero. Avoid at all cost! Ordered a reception desk for our business, product was delivered and damaged. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to assemble the product until two weeks after delivery. We were told at that point return was not an option. Eventually return was accepted at a cost of $950 to ship back. Terrible product, awful customer service, the worst experience we’ve ever had with a company!

The showroom was stunning. Great service, staffs are knowledgeable. Disappointed that I couldn’t get a discount after placing a large order but they had everything in stock and I was able to get my order in a weeks time. Will buy again.

I Purchased The Massage Shampoo BACKWASH Unit , They were beautiful at the time of Purchase..once they were installed it became a nightmare..Absolutely horrible experience for My Salon! & Clients!..The Customer Service Sucks..Always saying they'll get right back to you SoThe Massage Chair only worked for a few days and it took almost a year for a replacement!!..Only to bring another broken chair that smells like fire!..So I still don't have a Massage Shampoo Chair!! So That makes Two years that my Salon have been inconvenienced!!The Sinks are totally incompatible for these Massage Chair!.My Clients are always wet up they leak all the time, water every where!!..I really want my money back..I Do not recommend buying anything else from this company..
