??False advertising?? selling a 2013 GTR for $75k now as a consignment when online another dealer has it listed at $71k!!!!! Shady shady business, don’t do work with these crooks! If they lie about the pricing, what else will they lie about!!!! Some of the reviews prove my point!!! DONT DO BUSINESS with a shady business

Another success at Crown Auto took my mother’s 2010 Range Rover HSE for some major work steering rack, upper and lower control arms you name it tie rod etc… the truck has been maintained very well and I wanted to go to a shop that I could trust and they did everything perfectly. I dealt with Sean who is very accommodating and keeps you informed, the guy truly cares about his customers and if you do go there, tell them Bobby sent you ask for Sean

Let me start out by saying, this is hands down the best shop I have ever been to. They treat you immediately like family. Sean, Calvin, Vinny and the whole team make sure to take care of you and answer all your questions. Went to them after having bad experiences with Different shops including Toyota themselves.
If you are looking at doing any custom work to your vehicle or just need an oil change or new tires this is the shop to go too.
Happy with my decision and will continue to drive from the city to them whenever I need something on my vehicle done.

Bad shop built on scammers and crooks , same cars in the lot never can finish projects . But can put on a show for the public. Owner will tell you next week, weeks turns into months. But upon quoting they say 2 weeks. Seems like a scam.

When I bought my Scion tC 2015, really wanted to clean and undercoat the bottom of the vehicle for rust protection. Could not find a place in Queens that would perform this task, other than Crown Auto. It has been a couple of months and still holding on strong. As they advised me, will need to revisit them next year for a re-spray underneath as the protection requires yearly or bi-yearly maintenance. Please keep in mind if you are looking for sanding away rust, unfortunately that is not offered here, it seems that kind of work is done out of NY State. Can't wait to shop for some new rims and get them installed by Crown Auto too.
