Not because it's convenient for me but because of the products and services offered, the interest rates, and minimal cost in fees. “When I tell you for the first time ever I met a person in customer service that is the definition of great customer service. I went into this mcu branch for the first time. I saw a teller and had a question for someone. Amber Timmons called my name after I checked in. This lady was like the mulitasker multifixer best person to work with. I can't begin to explain how over and beyond she went for me. I sat with her for a hr and she smiled through her mask the whole time. Giving me credit advice, account advice. And helped me find charges from 2yrs ago. I NEVER do in store compliments but even after just finishing a 18hr shift and tired I HAD to tell someone how amazing of a worker she was to me. The teller was nice also. This was a really really good experience for me today. Thank you thank you thank you Amber for all your help. I'm able to move forward thanks to you.”

“Best loan application process I've ever experienced (auto loan). Feels like any time you go through this process it's always a headache but the people I worked with at USAlliance (specifically want to give a shoutout to Iveliz), were great. Super responsive and informative and walked you through the process.I also liked being able to communicate with the processor over email and call them directly over the phone if need be. I'd like to reiterate the responsive part cause that's typically the worst part of any loan process, but this was a delight.”

I needed help setting up payment for my loan and they couldn’t set anything up for me over the phone. Two seconds in this branch and they were able to properly explain my options and set it up in a way that worked for my needs.”
“I am so grateful to have switched from Chase (after they charged me $60 for each of two $2.50 transactions that went under my balance while the balance stated that I had money enough) to this community Federal Credit Union. The staff is extra friendly and professional. Fees are minimum. As the clientele is not huge they get to know you and treat you without rush and as family. They have many resources such as financial workshops, small business workshops and loans, free tax preparation, mobile app where you can deposit checks, among other great features. I can’t recommend them highly enough!!”

“I was very happy of my experience at this location. I can say first that I was pissed seeing that I had to still wait even after setting an appointment and getting there before time. One of the representative greeted me at the entrance so she can know how to assist me. After checking me in, Andy Eustache was so professional in welcoming me to his space. I came in to have 3 matters resolved. After Andy closely paid attention to my situation. He was able to offer me a product that I thought I would not qualify for . Also the fact that he speaks multiple languages just like me, this made me feel like he could relate to my experience. As a former commercial banking employee, he went above and beyond to assist me.
