After I purchased a Cartier watch and later visited for a bracelet extension, the staff who assisted me were incredibly friendly and helpful. The after-sales service is excellent. I will definitely visit again.

I shopped at Cosmos today, and the experience was amazing! I got the 2 sets of Whoo (the ones in the back of the picture) from the COSMOS cosmetics store. The owner/sales representative(I think?) was very super nice, friendly and helpful. In the end, she just kept stashing gifts into my shopping bag. As you can see, I got more gifts (the ones in the front of the picture) than the actual products I bought! Highly recommended!

Very disappointed! There is no trust between store and customer. I went to buy Cartier watch and sales person and manger recommended me for the bigger size and if I don't like it then I can exchange. They only had displayed watch and asked me take it. I wanted to have new one and they said they will order and call me when they receive it. I got it after 10 days and it was the same one that was displayed. I went one of Cartier boutique store asked them if it is new one. They said I should talk to the store that I purchased it and it is not the brand new one. It came with one already adjusted the double folding clasp. I called the store and asked for exchange to smaller size. They asked me if I tried and I said yes since I only tried. And asked me if I adjusted the folding clasp. I said it came like that. They kept saying that they can sell displayed one and they cannot exchange it since I adjusted the strap and I tried it. Not happy at all.

Terrible terrible customer service. Do not get fooled by their discounts because when there is defected items or wanted to return, they giving you lame excuses and try their best to not to give refund back or fixing the problems. THE BEST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Two thumbs up!!!
