I would like them to put more effort into vacuuming and drying, they do it so quickly that for my taste it doesn't look good.

I saw them purposely step on my driver seat---it was a greasy shoe imprint on my seat. I had to clean it and not once did they offer to clean their mistake after "cleaning" my car. I don't recommend this place at all.
