The lady that helped me was very nice. The lady that hung up on me wasn’t. I guess she got annoyed because I was asking questions about insurance.

Was there last week . Either they were busy or just ignored us .I had to actually approach the sales person so that she could attend me . Once attended they said that my item wasn’t covered by my medical insurance . But when I called earlier they said it did .I didn’t purchase it I went to another place and my insurance did cover it .

This is the worst place I've been. They wanted to charge me for something that covered my insurance and people are very arrogant. They have a bad attitude. NASTY . I recommend them not to come here because they don't give good attention and there's a Chinese woman who doesn't even know how to speak English well and she treats you. I don't recommend coming to this place, don't come here. I repeat, don't come here a disgusting place . NASTY PEOPLE

If you can choose 0 stars, it must be 0. The service of the staff is too bad, very fierce, and impatient. They need a machine, and the two staff members have different opinions. The workers on the first day asked for information from my doctor, and the second I went to pick up another worker every day and asked for different things, so I ran around asking for information, but I didn’t get it in the end!, 10,000 bad reviews

Submitted a prescription with all my information on May 2022, about 2 weeks later I had to give them my information again several times on June 06, 2022. My prescription was still not processed.Then they tell me my insurance does not cover.After waiting and waiting and several calls back and forth with my insurance come to find out they never submitted my prescription with my insurance! If you can reach a live person at this place, you are lucky. You will have to go on their website and talk via chat submitting all your information! Horrible Experience! Horrible Customer Service!
