I would recommend Coline. My rep Jason was considerate, receptive, responsive and extremely professional and helpful. All the employees were courteous and kind when we visited. They were also nice to my disabled, senior dog. When they came to measure the kitchen they were prompt and fast. They provided 3-D schematics of how the design would look and allowed our edits until it was perfect. There was an issue with the wine glass rack and they were able to quickly remedy it for me. They were fair about pricing and honest about when I was owed a refund. The showroom is also a nice space, well-organized and can help bring inspiration. Parking in that area is not exactly easy but not the worst. They gave solid advice when we needed it, and helped bring our first home dreams to fruition. So appreciative and glad our contractor recommended them.

My husband and I are very happy with Sandy and her team, they were extremely thorough, professional and attentive. We got our kitchen countertops, islands and bathroom vanities including the sleek faucet from them. We are so happy that our friend recommended Coreline Cabinet, Sandy was extremely patient and brought our vision of the kitchen and bathroom to life. We definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to redo their kitchen or uplift their bathroom vanities.

My family and I was so comfortable walking in Coline cabinetry. Meeting Kelsi there, was awesome. She knew her job on what to design and her measurements was perfectly accurate. She was very friendly along with her staff. And I am a social butterfly so we really would like to share our experiences with them. After recently incurring a flood in my Williamsburg apartment, I found myself challenged to be able to restore it the way I wanted to be able to, as I found myself underinsured and stretched thinner than I wanted to be when contemplating such a daunting project. Fortunately for me, my public adjuster, William Lehr, whose much more knowledgable and experienced in such matters, told me that for him, there was really only one place to go and that was Coline in Flushing. He assured me that the quality would be excellent and to give it a go. Well, I took his advice and today I could not be happier. Upon arrival, I met Ace, one of their top sales/design specialists and within a short period of time I felt truly at ease and we were able to thoughtfully and mindfully put together a design plan that, after execution, has far exceeded my hopes and expectations. Coline’s gloss cabinets were the nicest I had seen and their MCI quartz has much nicer tones and veins than that used by friends of mine who went to designer outlets and paid so much more for less. I really felt that Ace and the Coline team really cared about the quality of their service and therefore I cannot recommend Coline and Ace enough to anyone who wants great quality and value in their home restoration…

I recently bought some acrylic cabinets from Coline Cabinetry, and I was amazed by the quality and service. The cabinets are flawless, with smooth edge finishing, and they use German-made machines to make every product look elegant.I want to thank Kelsi for her outstanding service. She helped me design a kitchen that is both gorgeous and functional, and also fit my budget. She has great expertise, attention to detail, and understanding of customer needs. I am very happy with this purchase. I highly recommend Coline Cabinetry and appreciate Kelsi and her team for making my home more beautiful and comfortable.

Do not let them fabricate your natural stone countertops. They broke our slab and used the remaining pieces to give us countertops with veining going in different directions, looking unprofessional and ridiculous. They never asked us how we wanted the stone to be cut to begin with. They told me they gave no instructions to the cutters at all. They refused to redo the countertops in spite of breaking the original slab. Poor sealing of the stone immediately led to water stains.

Got a new kitchen for our home and heard of Coline through a referral.The quality is great as is the price given you are going direct.They are very knowledgable when designing the kitchen with you. We worked with Ace and he was telling my designer things she had not thought of (ex: limitations on certain type of cabinets and why some should open a certain way to avoid impediments + how to help maximize the space).We asked for some minor adjustments after installation and they were very accommodative.Go see Ace!

Poor customer service. Take my word for it, I read it before but I didn't believe it. I just thought the price was slightly better and save few dollars.
I had to delay installation because they gave me one wrong size cabinet. They offer no apologies, no regard for resolving issues and no regard for customer satisfaction. I regret it. Shady too (they want cash or a check made out to CASH). You've been warned !!

Cabinets were damaged. Door ,was cracked. Shelves were cracked. Rear of cabinet has cracks. Contractor recommended them and gave me a lower price than the place I wanted to use.The price was $200 less. Since I had the entry way widen, I didn't have to spend $125 to shorten the cabinets then $70 for the floor saddle. . The design was not what I wanted. The cabinets were smaller. The contractor had an arrangement with Coline Cabinets. He was working for them, not me for 5th rated cabinets.. I had estimates and designs from many cabinet makers in the Bronx, Westchester, Queens and New Jersey. Every place had a better rating than Coline. If you higher a contractor to install cabinets, put it in the contract not to use Coline.
