Why, every time lately , if I use my ATM card in this location, my account shows my card being use to make CAPITAL ONE, AMAZON, and today, 12/29/2023 I just found out on 12/12/2023 day I used my ATM Card , my account is showing $500 dollars being charged to a WESTERN UNION transaction , I never use my ATM card for any online transaction, shopping just ATM , same location , so why is this happening, I need to call the bank again to report a fraud AGAIN !!!! WHY, WHY is this location ATM'S COMPROMISED BY SCAMMERS ????

Very bad experience getting there 9 minutes before 5 and they are already closed. It is not fair for customer, and it is inconvenience to have a bank that steal time from the actual schedule. Today is Wednesday is supposed to be open until 5pm. It was a waste of time for me. Came couple of minutes earlier out of work, went through traffic. They shouldn’t be closing the door 9 minutes before. I understand after 5 you can’t let anyone else in. But before no. It’s unacceptable. I have no issue with other banks because they close at the time it is printed on the door and online.

For the basic transactions, deposits and withdrawals, they are ok. They are kind of slow but ok. My lower rating is based on a different ask where I ended up going to another bank to resolve. I needed a document notarized where the notary that was present couldn't understand why I needed it notarized. I spent a few minutes explaining what I needed, that the content in the document needed to match my license but it just wasn't sinking in. I ended up going to another bank, no fanfare, resolved quickly and moved on. The ATM is well lit so that's a plus if you need ATM.

Mom and I visited this branch to open a CD, but a personal banker has no knowledge on their CD products. We were interested in CD Laddering, but she has no idea what it is. I told her I found this product on the bank website and it is more beneficial for us to invest money when compare to other CD products. However, she kept asking me like 'Are you sure it is our product?" and "Are you sure it is available in the U.S. site?" Gee... What does that mean? She treated me like a foreigner or person who has no knowledge on banking. Are you kidding me? I had to explain her what it is and how it works. After she communicated with her staff via phone, she confirmed that it is part of their products, but she did not seem to understand fully. We wasted our time and we decided to leave. Mom opened up the CD account with another bank on that day.
