Absolutely unprofessional and Uncaring.. Went to one branch to cash a citbank check since they said I could when I arrived they Said I could not and that I had to go to the whitestone branch.. I jumped in a can and I arrived at 12:02 to find the doors locked and to be informed by someome that I was two minutes late and they could not help me... This is why I use td bank

This Citibank is in a secluded part of town. I was here to use the ATM given that the branch was closed. There was ample meter parking out in front with free parking on Sundays. Having to pay to visit the bank on weekdays can be annoying given that the area nearby has ample street parking. There is a shopping center across with a fairly new market & pharmacy, as well as a pizzeria and a few other smaller shops for all the other weekend chores you may need to do.
