The receipt for para transit reimbursement date was unclear and Access a ride denied reimbursement. Been after the manager for new receipt for five days. Has my telephone number. He said I have to go to Corona to get receipt. Not acceptable. Still chasing him. They don't take messages nor is there a website horrible service

I use this cab service daily to go work and drop /pick up my child . I was usually given one set price . But now when speaking to a man that usually answers the phone he's Been charging me up to almost ten dollars more for the trips that I normally take. When I speak with other representatives my price remains the same or usually is cheaper! It's really unfair how only him does this to me and he memorizes my voice and addresses and only him up charges me significantly. And when I try to explain to him about my prices and how they only change significantly with just him he rudely hung up the phone on me! I will not be using this scam cab service any longer and neither should anyone else!!! If I could rate it 0 starts I would. He should be fired!

If you mess up a lot they will dub your calls . Some of the drivers are a bit sassy sometimes ... but overall I have called them constantly for about 3 years now and they are reliable.
