Items shipped arrived broken and missing pieces. Company refuses to refund and in addition wants me to contact the receiving company in Dominican Republic for them to resolve issue. I hope people don’t use them to ship their items ….terrrible service!!!!

The worst company to send your boxes, they take a while to arrive, they are quite irresponsible and they steal everything, I sent 4 boxes and it was my worst experience, half of everything was stolen and one calls to complain and what they say is that it was surely the relatives who received it That's barbaric, don't send cash through this company, they steal blatantly, they're of no use, it's the worst thing. I was going to use their service for the first time and their way of dealing with clients is horrible, they lack professional ethics, the secretary is spoiled and even closes the phone, leaving you with the word in your mouth, just because I told her to check with him. driver at what time was she going to pick up my three boxes and she answered me very rudely that she is not the one driving, I waited from 8 am to 6 pm and they didn't even call me and I proceeded to cancel my pick up and she didn't even make any attempt for retaining me as a client, BEWARE of the owners of these companies because these companies without clients are nobody and the employees are only interested in their salary and also things happen for some reason, I proceeded to read their reviews and they are terrible, I do not recommend them to no one!!

I had been sending tanks with them for years, and I felt confident and satisfied with the service, I recommended them to everyone, but 1 month ago I sent a full tank of food, and to my disappointment the tank was looted, they left it almost in ruins. half, and when I called to complain they told me that the complaint should be made to the emails, and the biggest surprise was that none of the emails could be sent because supposedly their mailbox is full of messages ???????total disappointment

The worst company I have ever known is Wow, what a disappointment, my first time sending a shipment with them and they have a month and some days and they don't even give a response from the tank I sent, they never pick up the phone ? and then they call that they are going to the other day to deliver the shipment and it turns out that it has been two days since they said they were going to deliver the tank, irresponsible, this agency has been disqualified for me ??♀️??♀️ and that lady is foul-mouthed and hateful
