Items shipped arrived broken and missing pieces. Company refuses to refund and in addition wants me to contact the receiving company in Dominican Republic for them to resolve issue. I hope people don’t use them to ship their items ….terrrible service!!!!

This company is very irresponsible. They never came to pick up my packages, left me waiting all day, even after I called to follow up and verify that they were still coming.

Horrible! No call backs! No help! Shipped a package with them, and it was received torn, clothes burned and food ripped open. Made a claim about 5 months ago and still no confirmation.
