Great and friendly branch. Someone is always there to greet you and see if you're being helped especially the branch manager. Even if sometimes things don't end up working the way you plan them to they try their best to do their part. Special thanks to Jasmin one of the account advisors, she is a JEM! The new ATM machines SUCK!! Who gives the for these changes? It's slower than the last machine and the deposit $ slot, feels like it's about to take your hand off. Hate it!!

Poor customer service. The teller Gabriela was on her phone scrolling through Instagram while processing my withdrawal. I could tell she was on Instagram because she had it on the counter between us where I could see it and she was focusing on the screen instead of her job. She proceeded to give me an attitude as I requested additional transactions. I ended up walking away and finishing at an ATM.I love Chase but this was a particularly bad experience.

I wish i can leave 0 star here. The staffs are very inefficient and not living up the chase standards compared to any other branch. I heard the manager Eric telling the customers “if you dont like this, you can close your account and go somewhere else….” I think that is just very rude and nonprofessional at all

I came here today with my 92 year old mother. She has been using this bank since it opened.When we walked in, we were asked if we had an appointment. We replied no, and we were told it would be about an hour and a half wait. The staff was going to or were at meetings ? (everyone was in their office with clients) and the one who wasn't wasn't going to the meeting was going to lunch when she was done with her client.The gentleman was very polite and suggested we should make an appointment using email. I never knew this was an option.I would have appreciated a little flexibility when you see a really old person with a walker. I didn't want to make a fuss. My mother came in with aches and pains and this matter would not have taken much time. My mother was upset, so I had to act like it was ok. It wasn't.PS I went to Chase on Union and Main and we were in and out in about 10 minutes.

Favorite bank, the only drive-through chase in like a 5-mile radius. I really like the new ATMs. The reason for 4 stars... I had to wait 20 min on the line for a teller. I don't understand how a bank has one teller opened. Other than this everything else is good.

It is good bank .. but they have a very tight parking spot at the back of the bank .. so many times I parked theee .. I almost got hit by other cars while trying to park or when trying to reverse my car to get off the tight parking spot..

Worst Chase branch in the world. I come in more than an hour before they close and then after waiting more than 50 minutes, they walk over to me saying they can't help because "i had to show up before 5:15" (which i was by over 30 minutes). They then offer me to make an appointment which i declined because i wasn't sure what time tomorrow i would come. In addition 2 workers walked past me and just sat in their booths, doing nothing, without so much as a hello. (I told him i wanted to open a business account). The next day when i showed up they told me they had no one to open business accounts, even though i told the guy the day before and he offered to make an appointment for me that day. He couldn't even tell me no one would be able to help me or to call before to make sure they can help.
