Absolutely a disgrace. My 85-year-old mother went there after receiving a fake phone call with an AI version of my voice asking for money after I was "arrested" (mind you, I am a 60-year-old housewife) and Chase simply allowed her to take out $7500 cash without even bothering to call me. Later on; they phoned, but it was too late. Meanwhile, this scam is running rampant in their precinct, according to the police. No reimbursement allowed from the bank, of course. For shame, aiding in the scamming of innocent seniors!! I will never use Chase.

I come here because this is one of the closest banks to my house. It is always clean and the atms are always working. There is a big parking lot which is a plus for queens. It conveniently located on the corner of main and union. Wish they had a drive thru but I guess there isnt enough space for one. Come check this chase out

Worse branch I've been to, line is out the door but tellers have time to stand around having conversations with each other

Service here is incredibly slow, prepare to wait. I came in here in the middle of the day on a Thursday and there was a long wait of about 5 people ahead of me to get some service (not teller). I only needed to sign some papers in front of a licensed notary which would have taken one minute but I waited 20 minutes and they directed me to the wrong person who was not licensed. The only person licensed there was with another customer and I would have to wait longer which is fine except that I'd called the day before asking if I'd have to see a specific person or if anyone at the bank was able to do it and they told me anyone. So frustrating.

I've been banking with Chase since 1988 (Chemical Bank back then) because of Direct Deposit. A bulk of my money is here. So much so I'm a Sapphire customer. Still waiting on my free safe deposit box though. They have three indoor ATM's. Big common parking lot in the front.

Hella strict if you want to open a student bank account. Make sure to have two photo ids and a proof of address. Make sure for a proof of address you have an utility bill like a cable or a phone bill but of course most college freshmen don't pay that type of bill so make sure to bring a state id because nothing but a utility bill or state id will count as proof of address idk if a driving license will do but driving in New York City is L sooo id rather bike.

Chase Bank is fairly new to the area although it has been around for about four years. Building this location in my old neighborhood was a step in the right direction. We did not have any local banks in the area that was within walking distance. Chase Bank replaced the old Blockbuster that was here for many years. I never had the pleasure to speak with a customer service rep because I am always in and out running to the ATM for my needs.

Open up a new account with Chase Bank. The bank associate had no personality. He appeared bored and reluctant to answer questions. Little of an attitude. Looking at other reviews maybe they should close this branch and replace it with a McDonald's. Probably get better service.

Best bank in the NYC area, there is a Chase practically every 5 blocks or so. The tellers are nice, floor representatives are helpful and their banking system is so user friendly. They have always been able to help me resolve any fees or credit card issues. The security measures are amazing (they caught onto someone using my cc before I even realized it-purchases made were not anything out of the ordinary either) and effective, unlike others.

Not my favorite of the Chase chains. I travel for work so i go to various different Chase banks all over Queens and Long Island and everyone is usually so pleasant. Every single time I go, the teller fills out the deposit slip for me (so nice and convenient since i dont bring them with me when i travel for work). This bank however does not do that, which is fine i can do it myself but what is NOT fine is the attitude they give you when you tell them that you dont have the slip. The first time i went i decided to give them the benefit of the doubt (unfortunately i didnt catch the elder ladys name) but the lady that just helped me out today (Louisanna) was just as disgusting as the first time around. I wish i could say that i was being nasty and they were ruse in response but I was being my nicest (especially after having experienced the wrath the first time). Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to this branch and you shouldnt either!

I hate writing reviews but people should know what to expect from this chase location. 1st there is only 2 human teller counter and 3 machine teller. 2nd if there is a line and all the human teller are busy the machine teller can only be used if you have a chase card. Now here is where I got little annoyed with this location. As I walk in there 3 people in line which I have no problem waiting for a human teller. A chase agent walks by and see there is a line and asked people what he can help with everyone in line didn't have there chase card with them. The chase agent explains he is also an teller and he will help you. So I told him he should open another counter so the line would move faster. He looked at me asked if I have a chase card. I replied no long story short chase agent stood there next to me arguing how the he can help me. So I reply open another counter to help me. He ignored me 3 other customer in line and walked away. Clearly that chase agent need to go back to customer service training and learn how actually know how to help people as a teller.

It's a bank. I get money here. People smile at me as I enter. I think they like me. I use the ATM's. I like Chase. I like Chase. I like Chase. I like Chase. I like Chase. I like Chase. I like Chase.
