Mr. Dong Kim was extremely helpful when I went to see him to review my account and Chase services regarding security and privacy matters. The advice he gave me regarding the use of debit cards with merchants was excellent. As a result, I no longer use debit cards to make purchases as they make it easy for scammers and cheaters to access bank accounts and take out money without authorization. I now feel that my bank account is safe and secure as we also implemented a high degree of privacy and security with my checking account.Thank you, Mr. Kim! It has always been a pleasure doing business with you. As a result, I am a happy Chase customer.

They don’t open new accounts nor solve any problems at all one hour prior to 5 pm, why not just close at 4?

Ive been to couple of chase branches so far this is my favorite. Ms.Rosana always helps me out when she assists me and is very friendly. Also very patient especially when I ask questions. Other branches not so much, the air is bit cold towards the customers but here its different. I try to come here as much as I can because its nicer. Thank you Ms.Rosana!

had a horrible customer service experience with a middle age korean lady. she had a passive aggressive attitude the whole time she spoke with me. it was jarring since i was having a good day until she opened her mouth and treated me like i was suspicious little gremlin. i rarely write reviews. i want to make it clear that all i did was take 3? minutes to find my ID. jeez.

This is far and away one of the best Chase Branches I have been in. Having been a customer of chase bank for years and this particular chase location is my go-to bank. The staffs are very professional. I always get help from Gina Cho, who is korean rep. She is very professional and provides great service. She always helps me to fill out documents by explaining many pages and information thoroughly. The best experience I’ve ever had at a bank. She was courteous and friendly. She was the best at providing efficient and organized services. I highly recommend to make an appointment with her.

I went to this branch and talked to Gina Cho who is korean speaking advisor...She made me wasting 1 day of wasting my time getting wrong documents for opening banking account.She gave me wrong stuff to get.Because of her lack of knowledge about opening bank account.She needs to be reeducated..So unprofessional.And also seems like she doesn't want to help customers and not kind, polite.If manager or someone in charge of this branch read this, best to fix , educate this Gina Cho. And highly reccomend avoid this Gina Cho
