No body picks up the phone in this branch. Been on hold for 2 hours kept transferring me to useless customer service that couldn't answer my question. Customer service said I need to talk to someone in my branch which I can't get in touch with.

Every time I go, I have to wait too long, the staff is unfriendly, and computer problems occur so frequently that I have to come back several times.
Still, they don't feel sorry at all, and they don't seem to care about the customers' time or inconvenience.

The first time my card was stolen and I didn't know what to do, so I ran to the bank and asked a Korean male employee for help. Instead, he asked me various questions as if he was suspicious of me, and the bottom line was that he couldn't help me in any way. It was a very rude employee and an absurd experience.

Please beware of a set of 2 thieves. It was around 1:50 pm Saturday, April 27th 2024. I was in ATM for about 10 minutes with my family member left in my car. This person was spying me until i got out and in the bank then tried to open a car door. He must have not realized there is a person left in my car. His excuse was he was confused with similar car that is his bro's but there were no cars looking like mine around. He speaks Spanish and was talking to someone on an earpiece supposedly an accomplice. His car has a virginia plate. Please be cautious when you get out and get in.

They should use this branch as a standard for "when banks fail"
Atms never work, atms eat checks, 1 teller, manager parking his car with cones thinking its a rolls or something. i do a lot of banking with chase but everytime i come to this branch i realize that my previous bank BOA was not that bad. At least their machines never broke

This Chase parking lot is full for most of the evening after the bank is closed, even 1 or no customer is using the ATM. They have to do something about this.

It would get negative stars if I could. No one to check you in. Or tell you you have to make appointments to get service. And they all try to avoid eye contact to acknowledge your waiting for service.
