Michael A. Stone and his morgage team put me through one of the worst experiences when it came to purchasing my first home. Their underwriting team should be investigated for fraud for signing people up for secondary home morgages when they don't even own a first home, assuming this procedure is to get a higher percentage rate back in closing costs and monthly interest rate. The entire team speaks broken English and very illiterate due to English being their second language. This branch deserves less than 1 star and I am glad to have the opportunity to refinance with a more trusted lender.

Don't go this place , service was too bad. the attitude of the teller is Arrogant and so rude, I went there for cashing my check and that teller as a white guy he tells me he couldn't be do it , but after that I Tried to another chase bank and there was no anyproblem at all.

I thought there were so few people here that there would be no long queues, but I didn’t think so. A friend recommended me to come here to inquire about a loan when buying a house. I arrived very early in the morning and was alone in the lobby. After waiting for half an hour, no one came to greet me. The security guard was also very helpless. I don’t know why I had to have a meeting and chat during the opening hours. Later, we went to Main Street, although there was a queue, but it went smoothly. Urgent service people should still consider handling business here, sometimes it is fast, sometimes it is very slow!

I have 9 business accounts at Chase and lately I’ve had a lot of fraudulent activities in several accounts. I came to the branch to make reports and the staff here has seriously unpleasant attitudes here. They don’t return phone calls anymore. I sat at the waiting area and 2 other customers were at the branch for the same reason of fraudulent activity. Chase closed all of my accounts and closed my web portal access as well. I’m very upset at this since I feel I now need to hire an accountant to go over all the transactions to make sure they were not fraudulent activities but I don’t have access!!!I have to now hire an attorney to fight for this access to check all transactions. I had $59,000 stolen from my business account.PLEASE BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES AND GO THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNTS!! They got seriously hacked!!!I’m gonna have to start a class actually suit I’m so angry !!!

Compared to the Chase Bank on Main Street, there are fewer people here, no need to queue, and the service attitude is very good and there are Chinese services. The key is good parking!

My husband and I came in to open up a new account. The associates were very rude and non accommodating. They told us the reason they could not help us open a account at that moment is because they had customers more important. Forcing us to come back next day because they were closing in 1 hour. I thought they were joking. Absolutely appalling how the Chinese in this specific bank treated us like complete trash.

There is a girl named Lin Xue here who has a very good service attitude. Although she is not directly responsible for me, every time I call her for help, she is always so enthusiastic and patient.

Very racist people working here, I should have not opened an account rom this bank, they are rude and disrespectful here at this place, I asked a very simple question, The banker didn't answer help me and asked me irrelevant questions for my needs.
