The biggest Chase is getting horrible. 30 years and thinking to move out from them. Services are getting poor. Branches reps are talk sweet and can't help much. Specially 40-42 Main Street. Flushing NY

This branch has been my go to as of late. Every time that I have visited this branch every employee there is attentive to the customers needs. On my most recent visit I was helped by Lisa who was quick to get my transaction done as I had to get to work on time. She even had her manager help me out as well which was quite impressive!!!

It's a junk bank, with a lot of people showing off but very few people actually doing anything. It takes two hours to queue. And there are minimal security measures. Others can withdraw money with their ID. grass

The Chase branch store is small but very convenient! Closed on Sunday!
There are three ATM machines in front of the gate, although sometimes deposit cannot be made
There is an ATM machine behind the gate, which is used during business hours.
ATM machines are all new
The staff inside will give you better service and suggestions!
There is a security guard and two people at the front desk
