Absolutely ridiculous establishment.
Called for an insurance photograph. Was told to come at 1 pm Tuesday.
When I get there at 12:40 I was told to come back at 1:30 everyone is at lunch. I returned at 1:30 still there is not anyone that can take a picture. What a joke. I would never ever recommend this business to anyone. Please stay far away. They are shady and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and do not use them.

If you want to get the worst customer service ever come to this place. They treat you like they are giving you a free service. I do not recommend coming to this place to do any photos inspection for your insurance, they act like like they are making you a favor.

Champion Auto collision is a truly outstanding place. I have used them several times, and their work is thorough and impeccable. The management and staff are courteous and professional. They just did significant work on one of my vehicles and it looks like it just came out of the showroom. I would highly recommend them.

Dropped in for an insurance photo inspection. Rude guy watching videos on his phone told me I had to make an appointment the following morning by calling at 8:30am. Unpleasant and surly at every step of the process.

Best low quality service I don't know who the owner is... All the owners and staff are people who don't want to work... They just hang up the phone and answer questions in a cumbersome way. ....I don't know if it's an employee or the owner ...no greetings...unconditionally to call for a reservation at 8:30 on Thursday morning ....to make a reservation call at 8:30 on Thursday morning.. ...People who only say that, I've never seen a place like this

Wasn't happy here, had to wait for my appointment to get pictures for my car insurance because some rando was parked in their entery space so I had to wait for this person to move before having pictures taken, my car was 15ft away, but I guess that was to far. Then my digital insurance policy wasn't good enough, they needed a physically printed paper of the same document because they "don't touch phones". Mind you, wouldn't be a problem if they told me before hand when I called to make the appointment for the photo inspection, would it have been that difficult to say "hey btw bring the physical policy with you"? So after some back and forth with dealing with a very nasty dude, he took the photos I needed. I was nothing but nice and even apologized for giving him a hard time, he didn't care however. I guess they are used to people fighting with them because they are also argumentative ??♂️

Worst place Ever! DO NOT go to this place! I have been calling them to do an inspection for my car for a week, they either tell me the inspector is off, or I called too late, then today I called 8:30am, they told me it’s raining and they can not do inspection on raining day! What kind of BS is that??!! I wonder all their good views are fake! Do NOT trust this place! They are all liars!

Management at this place is horrible, I happen to live two blocks away so I decided to bring in my car to get an inspection, with an appointment. The first person in the front happens to be the manager, I have to say was the rudest person. I walked in politely asked regarding my appointment, apparently they didn't put my name down on the book, luckily I remember the person who took down my appointment, when I mentioned his name, the manager just brushed me off and said he's on break, told me I have to come back in an hour if I wanted to speak to him. He gave such a snobby attitude, like he doesn't want my business or something, I would never come back here or refer anyone this place with such service. Whoever the owner is they should really freshen up the management here. It's really bad for business.
