This raven lady is very rude to employees and customers. I was standing at the one of the stores in houston and she was throwing things around. I was told by her it was cell nation store, and she works for cell nation company and she challenged me to complain her name to the cooperate store. She was also very rude to the employees there and I really feel bad for them.

OMGGGG how is this store even open!! the girls give awful attitude, they just gossip and giggle I literally just walked out. Horrible customer service and lol you should hear the prices there ridiculous

If I could give 0 stars I would the I work at metro but my mother went here to do an upgrade for the J7 star and they charged $230!!! for a phone that cost 203! ridiculous, please watch out they are scammers and give "free" cases and things. and to top it all off it was an "assistant manager" which why my mother believed the price. lol never going back.

If I could rate a customer, I'd give Adriana 5 stars for excellent customer service. She gives the best prices , is very patient with your problem and really cares to get the job done. I recommend everyone to check Adriana out when you step inside the store to give you the best deals metro can offer !!
