I've known the owner and pharmacy staff for DECADES.I've NEVER had any type of issues here.I'm always greeted with a smile and my questions answered and I'm never rushed.I've never had to wait for a script to be ordered and delivered. They have it all.This is truly a community pharmacy where they remember you .Regardless of how much time has gone by.That's an amazing feeling.

I started using Cedars over 27 years ago when I lived in the neighborhood, I moved over 10 years ago and I am still a loyal customer. The customer service is impeccable.

My local neighborhood pharmacy for the past 20 years before I moved. They are great and treat their patients like family. They are great people and have been serving the neighborhood for decades! Gemma and Basil are very understanding and accommodating and they are well loved in the neighborhood!

If there were options for zero stars i’d give them a zero. Let me start by saying this.. the pharmacy woman is very rude. She did not wanted to give me a medicine I was prescribed for because she thinks it’s too expensive even though my insurance covers for it. Looks like this place is run by narcissistic people who choose their patients. I have lived in the neighborhood for over a decade and I haven’t met any people as rude as here. Avoid this place at all cost.

Bassel Moussa, Jemah and his staff are the Best. I have been a patron since the late 80's and early 90's and I have stayed loyal to Cedars Pharmacy. Bassel is the pharmacist you can talk to and he listens and is so empathetic and definitely a people person. We need more people ( Like Bassel) who can work in a community with different ethnicities. These guys open their store just for ripping off people. When Doctors prescribe medication they don’t give you the important one. They ask you for money even your insurance covers it.

The community is so fortunate to have all the friendly & welcoming staff at cedars pharmacy serving them all these years. They are professional, knowledgeable and do their best to serve every person that walks through their doors. Their services are unbeatable and I wouldn't fill my scripts anywhere else.

Cedars pharmacy is racist !! the owner is never on time to open the store . The store Suppouse to open at 10am the store didn't open UNTILL 10:40 . And then on top of that I bought a product from their store a day ago today I tried to return it because I did not like it and the stupid b**** with the bun want to tell her manager and he did not want to do anything about it but offer me $5 , I said I'm going to call the cops because this is unfair they start laughing and the other female worker says something to me , LIKE NO ONE IS TALKING TO YOU MIND UR BUISSNESS IDC IF U WORK THEIR OR NOT , DO UR WORK AND MIND UR BUISSNESS ! I always buy hair products from them , and this is what I have to endure! SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WALK INTO A PLACE THAT CAN BARELY FUNCTION AND DEAL WITH THIS !! YOU GUYS NEED TO SHUT DOWN ! THEIRS TWO OTHER PHARMACIES IN THE LOCATION ! WE DONT NEED YOU RACIST SCUMBAGS !!

I started using this Pharmacy back in 2001 when I started working in this area. I live in Queens Village yet I still bring all my and my family's prescriptions here. The Pharmacist/Owner Bassel is very friendly and knowledgeable. He is also good to the community. His primary assistant Gemma is a gem.
