Visited on 2/24/2024 at 9:00am with my child to put his name with my account. Customer service doesn’t know what to bring with me. I went 3 days before and asked them what to bring , they said bring your kids only. However after 1 hour sitting in there customer service told me bring SS card , it is 1 hrs drive from my house. I’m heart patient. They could tell me previously but customer service doesn’t care . She is chilling , singing busy with talking with others except doing her job. I had doctor’s appointments. I missed my appointment because of this customer service teller name marina. Ms marinna knows I informed to Mia marina and manager who is wearing hizab about my doctors appointment, they both don’t care. Moreover I realise managers supporting teller ms marina. I have account with capital one bank more then 20 years. And I always choose this brunch. Hopefully I will not go there to see disrespectful behaviour. Very rude. They don’t want to do their job. My question is why managers supporting her . She is in one page 1 hours, typing , deleting, closing page , again opening. Singing. Complaint to manager and she is supporting her. Why

On 9/16/2023 at 2:40p my fiancé went to deposit $900 into the capital one atm. The branch closes at 12p but this atm is open 24 hours. There wasn't any notice that the atm wasn't taking deposits so she deposited the cash and at first it took a while to load and then simply took the cash without recording the transaction. So it took the $900 and it didn't reflect on her account. We have called customer service who is taking a claim but the fact that this can happen at a large chain bank is atrocious. We really hope the branch team can assist us but to have to deal with this inconvenience us really terrible.

I had an extremely uncomfortable experience here. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a person of color but I’m changing banks.

Capital One transferred my IRA to Millenium Trust. All Millenium Trust has done is charge fees with no notification. I am closing my account with them but the fact that Capital One did this to their customers tells you all you need to know about Capital One.

Very bad service.. we went to this place to try an open a new account... we been waiting for more than 20 minutes no one even say hello .... or something... I have to get approached to the window to ask if something will take care of us... and after the teller asked the manager.. ( her name DEE) she just turned her face... don't even ask or make any sound.. and the poor guy said sorry u have to go online... I had a better view for the Bank But after this incident... I'm so disappointed... never again... acting like this just will loose customers..

If you’re a person of color be careful with this branch. I just got racially profiled here. This was on Monday @4:45 pm 2nd cashier from the right. I’ve been coming here for years depositing money and today the cashier implied that my deposit was suspicious.. she asked for ID even though I had a deposit slip which they’ve never done at this location. She tried to involve another employee while I was making this deposit which was very suspicious. I’ve never seen them ask other for ids (except for withdrawals )and ask boundary crossing questions.I’m never coming back to this branch. The cashier was Mariam.

I had all of my documents that I needed to open a business account. & I had chose this specific bank because it was the closest Capital One bank near my kids school, & the banker sent me away and told me to go to a bank closer to where I live. 45 minutes of my time was wasted there and the only obvious reason for her to turn me away is because of the color of my skin. My money clearly wasn't wanted there. I didn't know Capital One stood for these type of prejudicial values. The banker's name was Mariam.

Some tellers in this bank do not believe it is their job to help elderly people or those with disabilities. You have to become aggravated just for them to do their jobs. Very disappointed in the service.

This place deserves zero stars. I closed my account here at least seven years ago because of the incompetence. However, my grandmother is still a member of this bank Whenever I accompany my grandma the teller ,ASLIMA JEFFRIES ,asks my grandmother why she's withdrawing whatever amount of money she is withdrawing that day. it's very awkward because how does one respond to such nosiness? We have never experienced such inappropriate , bizarre behavior from a bank teller. She is like a nosy housewife. Today's incident is what prompted me to, on yelp. Today I accompanied my grandmother to the bank so she can put a beneficiary on her account there. Recently her estate attorney advised her to put beneficiaries on her bank accounts. We sat down with I believe her name was MARYAM, MIRIAM (or some variation of that sort). This person had no idea what we were talking about. We had to get the attorney on the phone to explain to her how to do her job. Apparently capital one staff training does not include beneficiary forms. So we filled out the papers and since capital one doesn't have a notary, we went across the street to a different bank to have the form notarized. When we returned back to capital one after having the form notarized we gave it to MARYAM MIRIAM so that she could fax it. After she returned from faxing it she said to my grandmother that she needed to speak with her alone and asked me to give them privacy. I stepped a few feet away and I heard her asking my grandmother if she was sure she wanted to make me the beneficiary on her bank account. My grandmother was absolutely astounded and gave a shriek. I was absolutely astounded and I asked her " why would you ask my grandmother all of this after the fact". If this was a case of trying to protect the elderly from exploitation it would've made more sense to ask my grandmother this before everything was notarized and faxed over. In any event it was just downright nosiness and incredibly inappropriate. I don't know where they find the people who work at this location. I think it's high time to stop hiring useless housewives with sh!t for brains.

I want to start my review off by saying that I read the bad reviews online and was expecting the worst. My experience at the bank was great solely because of one person, Dianjcinie (Dee). She treated me with respect and professionalism the entire time I was there. However while I was waiting to be seen I noticed that the other employees were not as professional. They treated the customers as if they were beneath them and criminals when it comes asking for ID, I don't see any problem at all when a bank ask for ID, the way this branch does it is very unprofessional. They absolutely need retraining in customer service or to be reminded to treat others with respect because obviously not all customers are disrespectful or coming into the bank with bad intentions. Huge praise to Dee again and please use her as an example on how to treat others.

Honestly I think this branch does not need to exist or lay off 90% of the ppl here….i do not post reviews a lot but I had 3 interactions with this branch over the course of 12 months and most of the employees seem uninterested in helping you.For the most part everything can be done online but majority of the ppl who visit branches in person want their personal matter expedited which is why they visit the branch. Whether you are here in person or call the general corporate phone number or go to the site FAQ, you get the same service. Ergo, there is no need for 90% of the employees in the branch. The entire atmosphere seems sad and disinterested. It has actually made me feel I should go bank elsewhere. I would not recommend coming to this capital one branch if you have the option to go elsewhere.

I am truly not trying to make this a race thing. But if you are black. Trust me stay away. Once they see your skin color they are already on the offense .wanted to open up a business account, and their demeanor was very off putting.. smh. I don't recommend this branch.. ..
