Why was my review deleted?? I am a 2010 Nissan Rogue owner. I visited the shop often and paid a lot of money for repairs. I trusted it and did the repair after just reading the reviews, but recently the transmission broke down.
I had a problem and was quoted $6500. I was embarrassed by the price, so I went to another professional transmission repair shop and got a completely new transmission repaired for $4,500. Beware of price gouging. If you do not have basic automotive knowledge when visiting this company, you will be out of luck. I have a warning for you.

The only mechanic for me. Robert and Mike have always done a great job and done right by me and my Gunmetal Gray Nissan Versa. The only shop I trust that I can go there and the only issues they will find, are the ones that are truly there ... unlike some other mechanics. I've been burned in the past. Why take the risk? Just go here.

Gave me the best price to have a radiator installed. Got it done promptly and even filled my power steering fluid and reattached my loose heat shield for free! Unbeatable service. Highly recommend!

If you don't know anything about cars, they will scam you of your money. I needed some repairs that on average cost $300, but they wanted to initially charge me $700. I disputed it with them, so they agreed to bring the price down to $500. Still too much. I will not return back.

For the last 3 minths my 2011 MDX, has developed a metal to metal noise on my front suspension. Specially when going over potholes. At first, i thought it was my suspension that needed attention, since my car has 109k miles on the odometer. Plus the handling over rough pavement made the car feel jittery. I met Mike today, he test drove the car and after driving it, he took a look at the front under carriage. He realized the linkage had some play, my shocks and struts were fine, which is a relief because i thought they were the culprits.He showed me that the noise was coming from the right front tire, immediately he quoted me parts and labor and I proceeded hand my keys and get the car fixed. Afterwards, he insisted we test drive the car and right away, i felt the steering tighter, no more jitters or metal to metal noises. Mike, shows transparency when explaining the repair, costs and providing valuable advice. In my case, he could have said i needed to change struts and shocks and take me for a ride. Instead he explained the parts that needed replacement and how they affect the rest of the suspension, i felt comfortable to have him perform the job.Within 90 minutes the car was done, great for me. So i am excited to say that i will be using him, as i was talking to another customer who has been bringing his car to him for the last 8+ yrs.Its nice to find a a honest technician that i can trust to get the job done quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. He also noticed that the plastic front end-engine cover was loose and that too was causing a flopping noise. Seems like clips were broken or missing and he took care of that issue as well. After the repair, i took my car on the highway as well as over speed bumps in my neighborhood, and the improvement on the handling was noticeable.
