I deposited a check at the counter, but the deposit did not come in. I had borrowed money from my original account. When I asked why on the third day, the receptionist just told me that I had to wait. I found out after a few days, and they accepted the next one in just two sentences. ! Service is super bad! I have been using Bank of America for more than ten years, and this is the first time I have seen such poor service!

Some Chinese employees are really scolding. When there is something to ask, the employees try to trick customers into not taking things seriously enough. Everyone knows what the Chinese phone number is for complaints. Sometimes there are more than a dozen people waiting in line, and only two employees are handling the five or six counters. We have to wait for forty or fifty minutes.

On October 29th, Sunday, at 12 o'clock, a woman was received at the front desk. I forgot to read her name. Her attitude was really bad. If you don't have the patience, don't do this job. It's like everyone owes her. I only consulted others when they didn't understand, and made me look disgusted and impatiently answer others as if they were mentally retarded. Who do you think you are? This is what you get for this job. If you can’t do this job, get out. I want to open a bank account and a credit card. At 12:10, I was told that I still need to make an appointment. They are full today. Tell me to come over tomorrow and say that I have provided the information to make an appointment. You don’t even know my name, yet you asked me to say that I made an appointment. What's the use of such a person?
