3912 Main St, QueensNY11354 The customer service representative at this Bank of America, Kevin, was extremely impatient and rude. He had no manners at all and got impatient when I asked a few more questions. It was terrible.

There is always a big queue every time I come here! With so many people, I don’t understand why we don’t hire a few more tellers and bankers to handle the matter? And the room smells terrible! If it hadn’t been for entering my house, I really wouldn’t have come!

I went here today and a guy wearing glasses at the front desk had a very bad service attitude! Ask him for advice on how to resume paying with your credit card using your mobile phone! Just tell me that for iPhones, you can only ask Apple! Obviously it can be done in minutes! Very impatient! People who are not proficient in business cannot continue to work here! I hope the management will pay attention to us, old users of Bank of America! ! !

If you really want to give a negative score, I used an ATM machine to pay off my credit card online yesterday, and $3,900 was taken by the cash machine without a receipt or returned to my account. Then I started a long journey with customer service. I could never get through to the phone. I had to wait for a while. I went to the bank counter and queued up. The ATM did not have an ID number machine, so don’t put money in to avoid a situation like mine happening, by the way. Only two of their four machines have IDs.

Nobody greets you! Waiting time is more than 30 minutes!! TD Bank is across the street and has the same quantity of clients, and they serve the customers efficiently‼️ but Bank of America located in Main St. is the WORST‼️

This bank has a lot of customers, so you need to wait patiently, but the staff are very friendly. I completed my affairs quickly today, and there are two girls who are very nice?
