Boa has very hard working staff who don't mind staying overtime for simple works. My 2 cents: boa will be the next HSBC in the US. Bravo! ?

3912 Main St, QueensNY11354 The customer service representative at this Bank of America, Kevin, was extremely impatient and rude. He had no manners at all and got impatient when I asked a few more questions. It was terrible.

There is always a big queue every time I come here! With so many people, I don’t understand why we don’t hire a few more tellers and bankers to handle the matter? And the room smells terrible! If it hadn’t been for entering my house, I really wouldn’t have come!
