The people who collect the boxes treat you like garbage as if they picked you up for free and when you call to complain you are only greeted by the secretary who immediately takes their side and they do not transfer you to the manager.

The owners are irresponsible, they are the ones who have to have responsible people at work and they don't care. I don't recommend it to anyone (because of thieves) I will never hire them again. May God forgive him.

I definitely do not recommend them. My mother sent some boxes with new clothes. They charged her extra and stole almost everything from a tank.

Super indecent and unpleasant. When I call to complain about their undesirability and poor service. The girl calls the driver who came to pick up the boxes and the driver calls me from his personal number and tells me "if you want to send, you know we are not going to go bankrupt or die for one client or two"!!! . That's not the way to talk to people, it's not a favor you're doing us, I was paying for that service!!!! I will never send here again. Indecent and rude.

This company is the worst. Elvia gave my family a box of food and they left it at a church in town and they didn't even call them. The Church contacted my family and they gave them the practically empty box. When I called to tell him what had happened he told me that you have nothing to do with her, that she is just a secretary and that the boss is never there.

I used this company for more than 4 years, I called to have a refrigerator picked up and they told me 300.00us. I explained to the lady who answered the call how the refrigerator was, they told me of course on Wednesday then they change the collection for Thursday after Friday then the driver of the truck that is going to pass on Saturday and the same Saturday that they come on Monday calls me when they told me before 11 am we are there they arrived at 4:30 pm and when they arrive they change the price which is 450.00 us call the office and the man who attended me was very rude that this is the price and to send it with other people, I think this gentleman is not the owner for him to behave like this with a client

If there was 0 Zero in the reviews I will add some more Zeroes to them. The only polite person is a lady name Gigi who pick up phone calls to the company.The driver who I was told travel to Brooklyn the only one they have to make their business worst, his name is Victor he talked to me like a bea to me with so much authority it will be a shame to call him human . He is a lost to this company. Management and his supervisors have to train him a lot better so he can gain more knowledge of how to have a conversation and treat their clients with more respect and dignity he an is ignorant driver, he is very defiant and low class. He should be fired or suspended as a lesson to his life. This society is already complicated and very expensive and we don't need to add anymore inconvenience to our daily life, and this man driver Victor is a mess and constitutes a bad investment to this Awilda company. Dear supervisors I hope that you take the necessary steps to use precautions and give some types of consequences and restrictions to this driver before you loose credentials to your companyI should say reputation.

This company should have a Negative-00000 one of the driver came to my home with a nasty attitude, complaining about the location telling us not to call them for business any more. Very unprofessional and disrespectful, anyone planning to use this company do yourself a favor and find someone better!!!! Horrible Horrible ? This driver should not be working for them or any other company!! His excuse of his action was because he was going to be late for his dominio game .. like are you kidding me!!!
