“I would like to sincerely thank the insurance company team and Alex. Here's what happened: I wanted to replace the faucet to celebrate the holidays. I thought I could install it myself after reading the instructions and videos. I accidentally caused a water pipe to leak and mishandled it, causing water to spray. I was confused at the time. I called for help first, then sucked the water, and finally thought of turning off the water valve. But water had flowed through the floor to the basement ceiling, causing flooding in the basement ceiling and the upstairs kitchen. I felt like the sky was falling apart. My friend reminded me to call the insurance company for help. I followed the guidance and found Alex. He comforted me and then patiently guided me on how to deal with it, allowing me to slowly recover from my broken heart. Someone from DB Insurance Company immediately contacted me to deal with the flood. We can have a happy Christmas thanks to Alex and the insurance company team.
