This bank now is a branch of New York Community Bank. My first and last visit to this bank was yesterday where I wanted to close out my NY Community Bank account. The staff was unpleasant, inefficient and insisted I provide additional personal security questions aloud from behind the counter (for ALL to hear) just to close out my account. With every security question the teller shouted "What? I can't hear you" making it very uncomfortable to give my information out loud. They are very unprofessional, and I will never bank with them or NY Community Bank again. There are so many other banking institutions available today to choose from, do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.
