getting into skincare can be very intimidating and overwhelming but when i came here not only were the staff informative but they also made me feel at ease. there was nothing but honesty and genuine hospitality. they really know their products because my skin has never been better. not only do they have whatever your skin needs, they have the newest latest trending products when it comes to korean skincare AND makeup. don’t forget to check out their hair and body products too. my hair has never felt healthier, idk why i didn’t start using korean hair oils sooner. make sure you sign up to be a member to rack up points and get goodies. also, i forgot my mask in my car and realized i needed one to enter the store. i asked if they would spare one and without hesitation and with a smile (they were wearing a mask but their eyes smiled) they handed me a mask.

Love this place. It's inside the Koreavillage or Seoul Plaza.. not sure what the name of this mall is. They have really good face masks options and many other beauty products as well. They have really good face lotions, eye creams, make up, and masks. The staff is always super friendly and they're very clean. Recommend? 10 out of 10. I will definitely be back for some more beauty products!

일하는 4명 모두 마스크 안썼길래 마스크 좀 써달라했더니 우리 쳐다보며 깔깔 비웃었음. 그래도 한번가면 몇천불쓰는 VIP 고객인데 화나서 그냥 나와버렸음. 고객 대하는 태도 뉴저지 아리따움이랑 너무 차이 남. NONE of the staffs wore masks. I asked them to please wear masks so I can shop in there and all 4 of them stood there laughing at us. Extremely rude.

Going to this place for a decade. The owner is always very nice, the employees are friendly and helpful. Yes, items are a bit pricey but its imported and my skin doesn't fight me.
