I will never use this crappy company again! Your courier company counted the items and quantities, packed the packages, and filled out the forms, but it didn't even remind you what can and cannot be sent. I don’t know whether I can send even the most basic complementary foods for children. When I sent it, I said everything was okay, but when there was a problem, I just pretended to be dead. More than a dozen text messages and dozens of phone calls went unanswered. While saying that the customs was ordered to return the shipment, you asked me for money. Offering no solution other than asking for money and avoidance. False tracking information, cheating money while returning the shipment, showing delivery but also saying it was inspected by customs. It was a waste of time for me to go all the way to your store. I was really blind. Cerebral hemorrhage will make you angry! So shameless. I will definitely complain to the end.
2 week update: It has been more than two weeks and this so-called COO/CFO Dave Lee has not solved anything. Nothing but lying, delaying and shirking responsibility.
Dave Lee, shame on you for lying, cheating and ignoring customers.
3 week update: still no reply from Dave Lee of ANL Express, the person who promised to resolve the problem. Despicable liar!

I do lots of business between China and U.S. . The customs clearance process is so smooth , the tracking system is always reliable for me to track my packages for my customers . Since this , my customers are loyal customers to me . Management is excellent . Dave Lee is good , caring management . He cares about customer and rewarding loyal customer . He takes initiative to reward loyal customer like me by offering very nice rewarding program which 2 nights complimentary luxury hotel nights . I have very good time : enjoying the food , rooms and the shopping . You can see the sunrise in the morning from room , it is spectacular . The room has large space , clean . I upload video in the review to share .If you want to ship to China , I highly recommend ANLEXPRESS . I guarantee you will have excellent experience such as shipping pricing , customer service , management customer rewarding program .
