I cannot say enough good things about Alicia's. Their selection of jewelry and watches, as well as their prices, are the best in Queens. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the amazing customer service I received from Kathy. I bought two great watches from her. I had a vague idea of what I was looking for, and Kathy found me the perfect watches. Also, Jacob, the watchmaker, is a truly skilled craftsman in his art. He was able to repair two older watches that I had. I would recommend this jeweler to anyone in the area looking for great service, selection and value.

Everyone is friendly and atmosphere amazing. Kathy super kind and patientand Eddie the repairman does excellent work. This is a great mom n pop jeweler where the owner Lena is on site and ready to assist in all manners. I highly recommend for new purchases, repairs, appraisals and custom jewelry reinvent from old.

Alicia Jewelers recently made an amazing custom pendant for me. I'm from Queens originally but live in California now, and had been searching for a jeweler who could create something special that had sentimental value. I went in one day over Christmas break to trade in some gold and spoke with Kathy about designing a pendant. I had a very specific vision in mind and she was incredibly helpful in creating exactly what I wanted, and the pendant came out beautiful. Alicia Jewelers has been around since I can remember, and there is a reason for that! It's rare to find great customer service nowadays so if you need any fine pieces, go ahead and support this business..and go see Kathy, she is the lady!!

They are super nice to you until they realize they are not going to get the sale. Extremely overpriced and absolutely unwilling to negotiate at all. You're better off going to the Diamond District. I would never purchase anything here.

I have had the pleasure of shopping at Alicia's Jewelry for over 10 years. Michael, Lena and the entire team have always been very courteous and helpful. Over the years I have purchased many different pieces of jewelry for my self and as gifts, as well as having had pieces resized and repaired. I highly recommend them!

I bought my wife and daughter jewelry at this store. The owners and staff were very personable and helpful. They have a large selection of fine jewelry to pick from. My wife loved the pieces and has since gone back to select other jewelry pieces. A jewel of a store!

I’m in love with this place and can recommend it to everybody. Very nice staff ! I came with my husband to order engagement rings. We had no much time it was a last minute decision. So in a very short time guys did a great job! They are created for us gorgeous rings! Also we were very happy with a price! I want to say “Thank you !”for everybody who helped us, now we’re very happy in our marriage and enjoying ours gorgeous rings every day!?❤️

Paid in cash prior to pick up as the owner requested to hold the ring , I requested at pickup to refund my money that the diamond ring looked terrible owner refusedThe ring was dull and the diamonds are constantly falling out, it’s a worthless ring They never offered an exchange or refund , buyer beware .
