I was seeking a shoe with certain specifications (flat, stable, good room in toebox) and Josh was proactive in helping me find the right shoe while also being attentive to other customers. I was very impressed by his professionalism as I don't often encounter this while shopping.

Overall I love my Adidas. But for the first I was allowed to pick up my online order at a store. Was charged twice $3**.00 and $1**.00...did not know til my credit card alerted me. On receipt showed listed items. At the end I see my charge for items i bought ( hat) $10.45. I already paid for order online ($6**.00. IN FULL!). I contacted online srvc was told it was pre-authorized charge will come off credit card. ??? Well it never came off.

Scammers. I drove to queens to use my teacher/medical professional 15 to 30 percent discount. They said they didn’t or this as per corporate, however myID and coupon says that the store offers it. The manager refused to give me her name or honor the discount. This happened today at 4:24 PM. It was extremely embarrassing and I will never shop at adidas again. Skyview mall

Excellent store always find good deals, unfortunately today asked a sales associate (Yvette, don’t know it’s Her real name, when I asked Her name doesn’t want to say it) if they have Samba classic size 7 and immediately replied no we don’t have, i continue looking and found more than 3 pairs, it’s not a big deal but don’t make customer experience miserable.

A certain male employee working in this place needs to fix their attitude. I understand you may be going through something but don’t take it out on others. If you see someone struggling trying to get a pair of shoe high off the selves. Don’t embarrass the person, say “OH MY GOD, what is he doing”? in front of other customers. Best thing to do is just say “Oh I see you are having a problem getting a pair of sneakers, let me help you with that” or in similar contexts. It makes the customer feel better that they are getting helped and you as the employee knowing you are being empathetic and kind at your job, too.

Friendly staff and helpful, you may just have to look for them from time to time because they're so busy helping other people as well. Would definitely revisit on my next trip to Flushing.

The Spanish girl working the floor or fitting room was extremely rude, clearly doesn’t understand respect or customer service. Literally said next time I see you try coming into the fitting room will throw you out. Well if we didn’t have to wait forever for someone to open the door (they were all empty and locked) we wouldn’t have to try changing outside the fitting room door. She was also literally knocking hard on different doors for other people come out of the fitting room even though there weren’t many people and I didn’t see anyone else waiting. Luckily found someone nice behind the register for other questions I had. Other than that it isn’t a bad store but small selection.
