My fiancé had been with this bank for about five or six years until one day there was a bit of a dispute with money in his account and one lady in particular ended up being in the wrong after contacting corporate and because she was wrong about the whole situation that occurred with my fiancé‘s account she has taken in personal since then refuses to cash his payroll checks the day of. She holds them for two days and has a new excuse as to why she needs to hold a payroll check that shouldn’t be held every week when he goes there. My personal opinion is that she takes things way too personal for being someone that handles other peoples bank accounts my fiancé has had nothing but trouble since that day. We are finding ourselves contacting corporate yet again today because she is trying to hold another payroll check that corporate has already in the past released to him when she, literally being a petty grown woman, tried holding it going against everything their corporate has already explained to us is not right and she cannot do.

Laura and Cyndi are awesome, I checked unsure for several items, but its really that I have no interest and they know that. They show a lot of respect for my time by not pushing the variety of services. They have made me aware and they know, I know to ask about things as needs arise. Every bank offers the same core functions, but the WSB people make it easy and pleasant. I hugely value all of them and the easy personal service.
